Palm Beach Tan is a nice place for tanning with many beds to choose from. The facility is super clean and features new equipment. Customers are happy with spray tans that look great and sunkissed, not orange, aided by special products. The location also offers a sauna with red light therapy, noted for helping with pain. The staff is generally described as nice, great, super friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful, providing excellent customer service. However, some feedback notes that a few recent staff members were not very knowledgeable, leading to an uneasy experience with equipment setup. A little more detail to cleaning could be implemented. Overall, it is considered the best tanning facility in the area and is highly recommended.

I was so nervous about starting a membership, but Gianna was sooo nice. Made me feel incredibly comfortable. She was incredibly knowledgeable without being pushy and she made my anxious self feel welcomed.
