“I read some of the other reviews, many of them poor, after ordering my four boxes of checks, and was concerned. But the four packages arrived OK. One day one package arrived. Then the next day the second and third packages arrived. And then a few days later the last package arrived. All four arrived within the time frame directed by Bradford. I also read the negative reviews by those saying that there were problems with the checks. I reviewed the numbers on the checks - all OK. And then because I was paranoid, I took a sample of the checks to my bank and had a teller check them - still OK. I'm guessing that many of the complaints might be coming from those who were not careful with their ordering, and made errors in entering info. My only complaint would be that when I attempted to call before receiving the last box and chose the telephone prompt for questions about an order, no one answered in the first 31 minutes I was on hold. But when I used the prompt for buying checks, the call was immediately answered, and the guy who I spoke to was very nice and helpful (about informing me to wait up to three more days for delivery of the last box before calling back). And I find that the price I paid for the four boxes is quite good compared to the cost of other check printing services. All in all, I'm happy.”

The staff (especially Angela) are really nice and patient, and shared with me a lot of the information I needed. The printing process is also speedy and of high quality. Definitely a perfect score of 100 out of 100.”
