I had an accident in my unit with a laundry detergent that spill all over my unit and my neighbor unit. Carole was amazing, she help me clean out the big mess. She provided me with paper towels and clean mop with water to clean everything up. Carole was very attentive and helpful. Without her help it would’ve turn into a big detergent mess. Thank you Carole for making easy and pleasant.

Carol is very helpful. I had a unit in New York also but nothing‘s in it so I did a lock request and she scanned it into my unit ledger and we spoke to the manager that property so she’s gonna try and have the district manager or whoever cuts the locks try to cut my lock before the end of the month so now I’m renting here in Niles Illinois. It’s very clean here. I’m glad Carol was helpful.
