Liliana was a very supportive employee when I told her in some areas of the wshing machine needed cleaning. The laundry mat needs to maintain consistent cleaning in each shift to avoid the hassle of customers telling employees to clean in current area.

Top loaders don’t rinse properly. They spin while adding little water, not helpful at all when trying to add softener. Front loaders detergent bins are always dirty, sticky with other peoples detergent and softener. I get it, it’s a busy place but who wants to wash their clothes in a dirty place

I enjoyed smart wash. I would not go there often because I have a washer/dryer unit in my apartment building for cheaper prices. Most of the atmosphere was pretty clean and I mostly loved the visit because I used to go there with my grandma all the time and I would always meet new friends to play with.

Very clean and the ladies were very helpful, the least expensive place I have ever been to. Love this place and there's a pizza place in the same mall!
