The dealership itself was clean, organized, and efficient. The team worked smoothly together, and the whole process—from test-drive to final paperwork—felt straightforward and transparent. I purchased a 2025 Nissan Kicks in August 2025 from this dealership after being rear-ended in a major racing accident. I’ve seen multiple comments about this not being a great dealership for young women to purchase a vehicle from, and I would agree.
First, the manager at the time was completely rude and hot-headed. He refused to apologize for their mistakes, yelled on the phone calling people stupid, and swore repeatedly. He even made a comment that since I came “all the way from out of state” to purchase a car, I might as well just go through with the deal. In reality, I did not drive all the way to this dealership to buy from them, and I would never recommend anyone drive more than five minutes to purchase here. I was only in town because I needed surgery from the accident, and a 30-second conversation would have clarified that.
On top of the rudeness, they used several tactics to confuse and manipulate. Because I was buying the vehicle from out of state, the taxes ended up being higher than the agreed-upon out-the-door price. While they eventually fixed this, it took my mother—and a lot of yelling—to get it adjusted. The dealer also told me I was receiving an upgraded warranty with the purchase. After negotiating for quite a while, I later discovered I had only received the standard warranty that comes with every car.
Additionally, multiple employees kept insisting I was getting a good deal on an all-wheel-drive SUV. My car is not AWD, and I knew that when I bought it, but it’s concerning that several staff members didn’t know the details of one of their most popular vehicles. I also told them I wanted the loan through my bank, and they claimed they worked with my bank. That turned out to be false—I ended up with a Wells Fargo loan. They told me this loan had no additional fees and could be transferred to my bank at no cost. This was also untrue, as Wells Fargo requires three months of payments before any amount can be applied toward the principal. To top it off, the extra key fob I was given doesn’t even work.
At the end of the day, I do like the car I purchased, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. Later that same day, I saw the car listed online at almost the exact price I paid. So, if you want your time wasted, a headache, and to be misled, I recommend going to this dealership.

Ocean has been a treasure to work with. I recently worked with her for my second purchase of a beautiful Pathfinder and I absolutely love it! I will always be a Star Nissan customer because I can count on excellent sales and service. Highly recommend Ocean for any purchase you may have in mind. Also, the showroom is stunning!

We had a stellar experience buying acertified used Nissan from Josh! He demonstrated good communication skills right from our 1st contact. He sent us a current video of the car, worked on our price/deal, warranty ahead of us driving 1.5hrs to dealership. He had the car detailed and waiting for us when we arrived. Josh was upfront honest and direct through every step. There were no surprises! It was refreshing after having visited other deslerships during this process. The Finance/Business manager, Nissan, was also very efficient and thorough. There were no high pressure sales pressure. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly. If you're looking to purchase - these are the people to work with. FAIR and HONEST!

This is a very straight forward car dealer. I've had some really bad experiences with other car dealers but this one was great. Josh, our salesperson, was very honest and did not present any surprises along the way. Overall, it was a very pleasant and easy experience. If your in the market for a Nissan, I'd start here! Today was my first day coming here for my 25 Nissan versa . I was beyond satisfied with the service I received from Arturo and the team. Thank you it's a blessing to have this establishment so close to my job, but for it to be friendly and taking care of folks , you can't find that every where . Happy they take care of the people
