Great experience this morning at Suites 20/20. When I walked in the door, Doug greeted me, he is a true professional. Doug was a huge help with suit selection, size, shirts, ties, etc. My mom passed away 2 days ago and I needed a new suit. Doug's help was extremely appreciated in a tough time for me and my family. This was the first time that I shopped at Suits 20/20 and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I came in needing two suits for a convention with a tight one-week deadline, and I left completely satisfied. Doug was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the entire process with great suggestions and immediate assistance. Silvia did an excellent job taking my measurements, ensuring everything was done efficiently and with attention to detail. Overall, the service was top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Are you kidding me?!? They had EVERYTHING Kevin was experienced, professional, patient, and a pleasure to work with. Our first time there and we won't go anywhere else. Excellent customer service.

Wow! I can't believe I've lived near this store for almost 15yrs and never stopped in. Stop shopping for suits online or going to Macy's. They have incredible Customer service and their prices are very competitive. In-store Tailoring as well. Elaine was super helpful!

Was so excited about this store. But when me and my husband and I came in, everyone was greeted but no us. There was a mom and their child next to me looking at suits, and she was asked if she needed help, but no one ever asked me. If I needed help or ask if there was something we needed. It's so sad that I think no one approached us. (Im Hispanic and my husband is african american in our 50s) Especially cause we were shopping for an adult prom for a fundraiser. Yet the sales person was helping a young man looking for $50 shoes. I'm very disappointed. ?

I went to the store on Waukegan road to pick up a few suites . The store had an amazing selection and my wife was excited to purchase. As we were looking for shoes a sales associate( older White haired gentleman in a suite) while assisting a customer nearly walked over my wife in the aisle without sayin excuse me. I had to tell her from the other aisle to move out of the way.
He never acknowledged her so It rubbed me wrong and I blew it off.
After about 30 minutes in the store we felt it was a hassles business and did not have sales associates to assist without inquiring for assistance .
The same associate then walked past my wife again and asked another patron if they needed service . After about 1hr inside the store and the run ins with the gentleman I realized it was not the store for me. I told my wife to put the items away and walked out.
The associate behind the register was refreshing but I will take my money where I feel it would be appreciated. Great merchandise fair prices underwhelming service. Makes you wonder has times changed ?

My husband needed a last minute suit and Elaine found the perfect one; it came in under budget and we found it in under a half hour! The service is unbeatable and the selection is great! We’ll definitely be back.

My grandmother passed away in March and I had to get a suit for the wake and funeral. I was very short on time I figured I'd stop by and check out the store but I ended up bumping into Elaine and she took care of me so quickly and precisely that I was in and out within 30 minutes I can't express her professionalism and knowledge of her job, what an amazing place.
