Since I been with T-mobile my bill keeps going up. I went to the store manager told me he can’t help me. Because Williams is not at store. I don’t understand why he is a manager and can’t help me. I have to wait for William. When ever I have time and go to store William is not there. I call 611. They says no problem and promises me everything is ok don’t worry about it stay over 30 minutes to 60 minutes on the phone. Still my bill goes up. be careful when you sing up at this location.

Everyone here is friendly, but after spending many hours in the store trying to correct many mistakes, I am still paying a monthly charge for my phone that was supposed to be free with a trade in. After my third and final visit, as soon as I came home I received a text that I was no longer eligible for the T mobile promo because I didn't meet the criteria. I immediately called and ask the manager about this, and he assured me it was regarding my canceling of the home internet trial, but since I did turn in my old phone, the trade in promo was still happening and I would receive a monthly charge and monthly credit for the same amount canceling it out on my bill. I just got my bill. The charge is still on there. I'm not going to fight this anymore, its not worth it. I went in that day expecting to buy a new phone and getting it for free was a nice perk, but it just isn't going to happen. I would just warn that you review your bill, make sure on your receipt it mentions the trade in promo on the bottom. Mine was left off...twice.

We, my husband and I would like to highly commend Nick at your T-Mobile Store in Morton Grove for his outstanding service on many occasions since we bought our Apple 14 phones. He has always been both friendly and very competent. You are are fortunate to have him as an employee.

I showed up with devices from my family plan to redeem for free tote bags. This person's first reaction is "You can only get one per person." I explained that the other people are busy nearby and I've been here before to redeem them all and never had a problem. The other associates were always polite. I have the devices, they are all legit accounts, why should I make the other people have to come over. His response "Jesus Christ".Wow...what a rude piece of work. Agustin needs to go back to training on how to talk to people...and probably get retrained daily.

Thank you, William! Couldn’t be happier with my experience here at this T-Mobile location. I’ve literally had the utmost pleasant interactions compared to other phone providers. William has always gone above and beyond to take care of everything I need. This location has outstanding customer service and a very knowledgeable team to help with any issues someone may have. My old Lg phone kicked the bucket so I headed over to the T-Mobile store and picked up a new phone.There was an issue with xfering a lot of my photos, I'd inadvertently disabled back up, it took a while but William patiently worked on the issue and got it resolved.The customer service is here is outstanding.

I do not advise going to this location. My family went to sign up for a new plan and trade in our phones. Everything went great until we got the bill and was charged $100 more than agreed upon. Carlos, an employee, made a mistake. I get this happens but since then the manager and regional manager have done nothing to resolve this issue despite acknowledging the employee's mistake and I have been overpaying for months. No one is taking ownership and the management have stopped responding. Apparently, from the other reviews here, this is a reoccurring issue. I would stay away
