Came in here to add one line and after a month when i got my bill it went up double because the line added was set to premium and there was a promotional that time when we went on get one line and one free line but the sales person didn't told me and I called the customer service about the line and was told that it's active and being used. So apparently the sales person used the line. The manager doesn't know what she's doing. She (Aylin) needs to be customer person as she acting like we are doing her a favor. Either you will get hacked on this store and will steal lines and information. Wont recommend coming here, be careful with sales people here!!!

They deserve zero stars. They’re so unwelcoming and rude. They hire new people who keep telling you i am new and dont know about that. Instead of bringing in more customers which is their job, they push people away.

Received the best service from this T-Mobile. Mohammad had helped us figure out the best option very efficiently and was super professional yet friendly throughout the whole process. Would recommend to anyone needing help with their services, Thank you Mohammad!

We can't say enough good things about the store and their employees. From the manager, awesome Aylin Pena, to amazing Sandra Esquivel, kind Ethan Aguiree, & knowledgeable Rene Tam, each efficiently & compassionately helped fixed monumental problems with our account. They all worked together as a team and truly embodied the meaning of top-notch customer care and service. Thanks for helping us drop AT&T and rejoin T-Mobile. Keep up the awesome work!

Worst service and long wait for no reason. They even make you wait for drop-off or pick-up phone. I would not recommend Anyone to stop by here.

We took my son's phone in to this store several days ago because the screen went black. It was reviewed by the service person at the desk and by the manager at that time. We were told that it was eligible for replacement with the warranty. The replacement was ordered and we waited several days until we got the text to come back to the store to pick up the replacement phone. Upon arriving after a very long wait for service another manager Antonio re-inspected the phone and told us we were not eligible for the replacement. This was so concerning because it's the day before Christmas Eve, my son had already been days without his phone, and we had already gotten the message to return to the store to pick up the replacement phone. This was so disappointing because we had done everything we were supposed to and the Manager Antonio was quick to blame his co-workers and tell us we now had to go to another city to get our phone repaired the day before Christmas Eve. This was not our error or any wrong doing on our part, and the replacement phone was literally at that for us to pickup. We now had to pay a deductible, drive to a repair place in another city, and hopefully get the phone repaired and have my phone go without his phone during the holidays. We deserved better treatment after being great customers for over 20 years. This should have been handled so differently, and as customer should not have been penalized for this branches error. We no longer feel T-Mobile is the carrier for us. Shane on this store and the Manager.

Stop by for trading phone but there was a lady who was very rude and seems doesn’t care about her job.She refuses all my questions.Better to stay away if they don’t need your business.

Thank you Mohammad. We came experiencing Data Drop issues with my mom's phone. He gave options we could take to improve and transfer the an old service plan. He did all the troubleshooting he could as we found out that there were complaints already with the phone type and service. He made sure to explain what we had to do as we were instead in trading in my mom's phones.

We got here at 6:30 for a online pick up order and there were 3 workers that were each helping customers and they took 1 hour 30 minutes to help us and then when we were finally helped it was 8pm and we were just picking up and it took us 5 minutes to pick up the order not sure why they couldn’t have done that earlier if it was such a quick process to just pick up already paid for order. Terrible customer service. Also there was a worker who took an hour and half helping his friends and clearly did not want to help others.
