Before starting, I clearly told the stylist that I did not want any highlights on my hair. But she still went ahead and did partial highlights and charged me for them. This is not what I asked for at all.
On top of that, I don’t even see any real change in my hair. It looks almost the same as before. If I actually wanted highlights, I would have just booked that service directly — not all-over color with added highlights. I feel like I was completely ignored, and the result is not worth what I paid. Very disappointed with this experience.

I went to Ulta Golf Mill to pick up nail polish & the staff was amazing and super helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Amelie at the checkout counter she went above & beyond with 5 star customer service! Thank you to the staff at Ulta Golf Mill for a great shopping experience!

I come to this store because it's the closest to my home, but the customer service here is terrible. I walk through the whole store and not one person asks me if I need help. They pass right by me, not even acknowledging that I exist. I see them ask others if they need help, even a person beside me once, but I've never been asked. If I could give a negative star, I would.

Be aware that ulta does not honor sales prices on exchanges, even if it is only a day or two later. If you exchange something that was on sale after the sale is over, you will have to pay the difference. Obviously the clerks and managers don't set these rules so I am trying my best not to be mad at them, and customer service has changed over the years, but in the future I will be choosing a store with more ethical business practices.

I love this Ulta location. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the product displays are neat, clean and always stocked (including availability of testers). I always enjoy my shopping experience here.

I went to the Ulta Beauty store at Golf Mill looking for a specific perfume for my niece’s upcoming birthday. Gina and Meree were amazing. They found exactly what I was looking for. They were helpful, polite, and very professional. I would highly recommend that store to family and friends. Great job!!

As I’m walking to the store I’m already imagining all the aura I can get from lookmaxing once I come out of the store knowing I’m getting what I want. I’m looking around trying to find the right tone and smell to impress not just the Huss but also the chuss. As I’m looking around feeling like a nonchalant dreadhead I came across the right cologne looking in the mirror I can see the hyperpigmentation I get from putting it on for my mogging session. I took a deep breath and said “ what the sigma?!!! on skibidy this will definitely impress the fine shyts” as I’m walking to the cashier all I feel is the sensation of being a sigma male. I just want to make sure I look presentable for my low taper fade I’m getting this week. Anyways I rate this place FIVE BIG BOOMS💥

I like Ulta beauty so I'm basing my review this time on the fact I like them ... I also felt sorry for them because six days ago I stopped by to pick something up and saw that vandals had smashed out their front window so I couldn't buy as they were closed :( However, this location when I am able to go have very nice customer service.

I never leave reviews even if I have a bad experience bc I can brush it off, but today I was just so upset so here I am.
I came in today to for an order pick up, WHICH WAS ALREADY PAID FOR, and while waiting at the pick up station, one of the employees asked if I need anything, which I told them I was here for a pickup. She then asked whoever the cashier person was that I was picking up an order and the cashier lady tells me I had to WAIT IN LINE before she could help me, which already had about 15 people waiting already. I'm sorry WHAT? Whoever was working the 12 noon shift today, are you STUPID? I'm shocked she didn't ask the 2 other employees I saw walking around the store or the person who asked her to get my order instead. That's the WHOLE reason I place my order ahead ALREADY PAID FOR, FOR PICKUP. I would understand if she was the ONLY one working but she WASNT. Of course I wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes or so just for them to get to me next in the CHECK OUT line, so I left, and I'll be canceling my order too.
Never shopping at this Ulta again if the people working here are going to be incompetent.
