My box was sent aug 26 and it haven’t arrived yet. So frustrating since my pasalubong and some important items were in that box

Sent boxes August 2022 but it's the end of January 2023, still my boxes have not arrived to their destination. Diisgusting!

I sent 3 boxes in April and it's been more than 4 months already and the boxes haven't arrived yet!! I sent one box last June 5th through Freedom Forwarders and the box already arrived 2 days ago.
