The lady that works here is great. she is extremely detail oriented and quick. Her goal is to get u in and out and on ur way. I like that. The reason for the poor review though is that this store has some weird policy when returning amazon items. Took them 2 weeks to ship them. And when i called i was told that they wait for some box to be filled before they allow the amazon driver to come pick it up. I returned dozens of times to different ups stores, never had a problem. Most returns post to my acct from within a few hours to maybe a day or 2. After 10 days they said we dont know when we will call to have the items picked up. What kinda policy is that? Its ridiculous Everytime im in there, there is a line of people returning stuff to amazon. So the box thing doesnt make sense or fly with me. Choose another store to do returns with unless u dont mind waiting weeks for the returns. But i do mind and its not ok.

So they’re pretty rude to be honest I’m unsure why like if you have a problem working there then I guess don’t work there? Also, one of them is especially rude. I thought the other person that works there was nice I honestly did but then like it turns out both are the same of course.

This place is so bad she took 40 dollar to pack and bubble stuff around and still half of the stuff was broken the people working doesn’t want anyone to even come there they act so mean and make you feel so uncomfortable so just leave , worst customer service ever

They can't ship using a ups account. Which I found frustrating because when I worked at Postnet, we could. Why does a branded store offer fewer options then a company working with multiple shippers.

She’s always try to make you buy boxes from there even if you have brand new boxes they will say we recommend you to buy our boxes sorry my box is good condition answer we can’t take it you have to buy our box or sorry we can’t take it.
Also I will escalate my experience with UPS headquarters because upon approval there’s terms that all franchise should follow but I don’t see that at all .

They do their job right and efficiently. Not many mailing stores do. Respect to these ladies here (haven't seen a male in there so idk).

When a business opens their doors to the public I would think they are going to serve customers, this place has employees hoping no one comes. Printers are on but I was told that they would not print from the web, only copies…. What…. Frustrating.
I believe she just didn’t want to help. Just quit lady, get another job a job that you actually like.

I’ve had much better experiences at other UPS stores. The customer service here was very rude, curt, and unpleasant for no reason.
