Completely trash post office. Mail scanned but magically not arriving on many occasions . Very rude. “Nothing we can do about missing mail” is not an acceptable answer when delivering the mail is literally their job. What a clown show. Avoid like the plague.

Paid $9.60 for priority mail but a mail with money orders was never delivered. The mail is lost or stolen by postal worker.

They stole my package I sent to my mom, she has a ring camera and the postal worker scanned that it was delivered and she only delivered mail that day. I will never use the usps if I have to send a package I will go to ups of fed ex. It’s a shame people work hard for there money and you have ——— ———— that wanna steal from you. I want my money back for the items. One was irreplaceable the other I can’t find anymore. Words cannot express how I feel right now. How would you like if someone stole from you. —————. She needs to be fired because she will do this again and again. In the video you can clearly see on mail was put in the mail slot on the wall at no time was a package delivered or placed on the door step and there supervisor did nothing they didn't replace my money or anything they probable are all in on stealing people xmas gifts. beware of this location as you can see the reviews are bad. Its sad that the supervisor didn't care she hung up on me and the next day my mom received a email saying there's nothing they can do. No empathy or anything they didn't care didn't look for the package told me over the phone it takes 3 days I said yes today is the third day that's when she hung up on me and sent the email. This is what we have to look forward to in life. everywhere you turn people are stealing and robbing from places and getting away with it. I no longer will use usps. If anyone have to use them please use the signature service. then they have to get a signature when delivering your package.

I am disappointed in the attitude of the employees at this facility - like they have a chip on their shoulder. Why is it when I submit a vacation hold at the facility my mail still gets delivered?? Why is when I mail something from this place it takes FOREVER to be delivered.

This was by far the most unprofessional facility I’ve ever been to. On Monday I came in to apply for a passport for my daughter. This being my very first time ever having done this I was unaware I needed to make an appointment. Upon being told to do so the lady at the front counter said I needed to do it online. When asking if I could just make the appointment there and then since I was already in the facility, I was given attitude as the lady at the front desk made my appointment. I was with my daughter and my husband that day, and before leaving… rudely I was told “her father needs to be here when you come back”. Upset by the comment and attitude I replied her fathers not on the birth certificate so I don’t have to worry about that. I come back today (once again unaware of the full process because it’s my first time). A lady by the name Martinez asks how she can help. I told her I had I had an appointment to file a passport for my daughter. She asked where she was, I explained she’s at camp and asked why? She said she needed to be present in order for me to able to apply for the passport. Upon asking questions on why? She rudely answered because those are the rules. I asked why wasn’t I told this when I came in to make my appointment. She responded because you needed to read online what you needed to know. I told her I didn’t make my appointment online I made it at the facility and I already had all my paperwork in order so no one ever mentioned to me I needed my child with me. I called my husband and asked him to bring my daughter from camp. As I waited for them to come, I waited by the P.O Boxes. Martinez began talking to another co-worker about me and the situation. After a few minutes of hearing her comments, (speaking on how I didn’t know I was suppose to bring my daughter and how I’ll probably say I didn’t know I had to fill out the application as well) I walked around the corner to confront her. Like a deer in headlights Martinez tried to justify her unprofessional behavior. Which in turn set me off. I told her how unprofessional her behavior was and being that it was my first time applying for a passport, just because I was unaware that my child was to be present, does not give her the right to be disrespectful, or condescending. It is their job to guide someone in the right direction when they’ve never been through a process like that before RESPECTFULLY. It took me going off for her to apologize. They asked me to fill out the form I needed to move forward with the process while I waited for my husband and my daughter. Extremely upset about the entire situation, I had to tell Martinez to not speak to me any longer. Though I was able to apply for the passport once my husband arrived. I left the facility highly upset, I felt disrespected, I felt that if she had properly conducted herself in a professional manner to begin with. Things would not have escalated the way they did. I’m definitely a person who does not allow disrespect from anyone, and I honestly will never go to that post office ever again. I don’t know what it is with the attitude with the staff in this location. But it is highly unacceptable. I do however appreciate the male who processed my paperwork for me to get the passport.

This is by far the worst post office in the area! The Asian guy that works there is about the nastiest human I have ever encountered. Your government money hard at work in this POS!

Delivered the packaging completely torn open, and item inside was stolen. Why even bring it. They hire thieves, charge you for the service, to deliver an empty paper envelope. “America”.

The postal system is just terrible! Main problem is mail thefts from the mail boxes and a complete lack of proper management to stop these thefts.
