Verizon is a mess. They keep charging me for things that I returned. They charged me for service I never used.I've called several times and they told me it would be straightened out Every call takes about an hour, then transferred from one person to the other Nobody there knows what they're doing And then, after you spend so much time and effort talking to somebody there over and over they still charge you after they say they won't.
