Went to the store to turn in my phone and get my discount. They advised they could only give me 1/4 of the amount offered online. They wanted me to go back to Best Buy to get their offer. They tried to get me to change my plan. I had to call customer support to fix their mess. Either just call customer support or go to a different location.

Ryan is the best specialist i have ever met at Verizon stores. He is professional, knows what he’s doing and very polite.The manager Aleks is very smart and pro. Very nice to all customers!

Very unprofessional and rude. The manager didn’t wanna help me because of my accent. I needed help with canceling an account that I didn’t activate and she told me I couldn’t do anything about it (even though it was literal fraud). The next day I went to a different Verizon with my daughter that speaks English without an accent and they canceled the account no problem and even said what was done was illegal! I’m convinced she just lied to me to get herself off the hook. I couldn’t believe it. Very disappointed with my experience.

What a unpleasant experience! Going in a store thinking I would talk to a human! Bought a gizmo watch and this humanoid robot asked me to pay $30 to turn it on and set it up! It took 2 minutes! They couldn’t spare 2 minutes free of charge to help a loyal customer?That’s what we get for replacing people with humanoids at the stores! At least the company saves a ton of money with those hi tech machines.

I had a difficult experience with a phone return due to damage. During the visit there was confusion between corporate and the store but Edwin, the manager was patient and solutions first throughout the whole time. I was lucky Edwin was patient and was able to resolve the issue.

Waste of time. I remember a day when companies had to serve their customers. Not connect them to scam artist in India and the Philippines. Go to this store and you will see 5-6 employees on the clock who’s only purpose is to waste your time , because they can’t help you fix your problems in their store. God forbid they provided customer services for all your account needs inside the actual store. No here talk to this random stranger over seas who’s more than happy to steal and sell all your information. US companies are garbage. This one is a prime example of it. One of the employees couldn’t help me with my problem which was basically me no longer receiving verification texts from Verizon. When her and her boss couldn’t help me she basically lied to me and told me she can’t check to see if she fixed the problem because she can no longer send me a verification because she had already and I should call customer care. When I did call them they sent me a text and surprise I still didn’t get it . No help at all only time wasted this company needs to be suedSo after a whole week of having my time wasted over seas by very questionable customer service associates, I finally made a call to Verizon customer support and I was connected with a wonderful person named Terisa. She basically resolved my problem in under 10 minutes. Why? Because she was clearly educated, she spoke fluent English, was a American employee based in America and most importantly she cared about her job and serving the customers of Verizon. All the stars in the world go to Terisa.It’s a shame that a company that holds itself in such high regard hires such questionable customer service people from India , the Philippines and wherever the else Verizon choose to under pay their customer service employees. When they clearly have such dedicated customer service staff in America that in my opinion should be paid more because they know the procedures to get your problems resolved.

In January 2023 I went to the Verizon Store (Touhy/Niles) sale specialist Ryan S. assisted me with questions and answers on Samsung smartphone 'deals'. I was unsure of making a purchase at that time. He did take the time to explain each plan thoroughly. Very patient and knowledgeable. I returned today and other plans were available, but did not suit my needs. He researched other options, and again, patiently spent the time talking with me.His customer service is outstanding, and an asse to Verizon.

Go to a different store. Or actually, go with a different service. Went in to switch and the little blonde with short hair and black glasses had such a bad disposition right from the get go. She immediately assumed my phone was SIM locked, didn’t know they had a cheaper monthly plan online, and was probably the most unhelpful person I’ve ever had to deal with. My phone ended up not being locked and I went with a different service because she put such a bad taste in my mouth. No wonder she had a “bodyguard” following her everywhere, I can imagine the amount of people she angers daily.
