To be noted to upper management-I walked into the store at approximately 7:20 PM, Three employees were in the back chatting, one of the employees was a female, who came up to me then explained to her the situation with my watch and phone. She proceeded to tell me you need to come in tomorrow it’s already 7:20 PM and we need at least a half hour! The poorest service I’ve ever received, I decided to go to a different store and was attended to with open arms, and this matter was resolved in 15 minutes, By all means, avoid this store evidently customer service is not on their mind. They prefer to stand around and not work, and take care of high-ranking officials Within the company-Lesson to be learned if you don’t have the passion to help someone, then you don’t have the passion to work for VERIZON!!!

I was told by Verizon Wireless Customer service that I can return my home 5G WiFi gateway to any store. The customer service rep in the store told me I couldn’t that my line was disconnected. I told him I have to March 07 as you can see in the screenshots I took. He looked at my account and said “see it’s deactivated”. This felt very much like he was calling me a liar in a crowded store. I told him I have had the home internet for almost a year. He went into my account and said he was looking for the order when I ordered the internet to see if he can return it and he wanted to know if I had the order number from when I first set up service. I could not believe this. He asked for the original year old order number after telling me returns can only be done in 30 days. He did not seem to know what I was talking about. Why work if you are not listening to the customer? I had already said I had the service for over a year he still wanted to get into my account and snoop around. More than likely he just wanted to sell me on a phone or plan upgrade I suspect. He said that they can only take back their equipment if it’s been within thirty days. It’s not a cell phone or an iPad. I want an explanation for why customer service would tell me one thing and the store employee would tell me another. I’m going through the loss of a loved one I just wanted to return this so I could go home and be with my family. I had to cancel service because I had an outage in my neighborhood and I couldn’t call 911 all four of my devices which are the Verizon 5G home internet and my Verizon IPhone 14 Pro Max, iPad Pro Max and Apple Watch Ultra weren’t working. I really didn’t appreciate this treatment. ? I never want to go to another Verizon store the people at the Customer service department are much friendlier when you call. I am going to call Verizon customer service and ask them to help me ship the 5G home internet back to them. I am going to switch providers for my other three lines now.

Whoever reads this letter, I am Verizon customer for almost 20 years, I think it is the best company and it is special. I want to highlight some amazing employees named TK and Valaria who take care of me from A to Z . They have become close to my heart with how much they have helped me. Best service received from Verizon. Mo took care of me and was phenomenal and knowledgeable about his products. When I first came was frustrated with my new phone but MO made it seamless and made sure I was set up for everything. Will be definitely sending people his way . Thank you for everything MOJIM ZENNER NEVER NEVERED POSTED THE ABOVE. MO WAS HORRIBLE. I HAD TO YELL AND SCREAMED AT HIM WHEN I CAME BACK THURSDAY LATE AFTERNOON. I WILL GO TO CORPORATE ON THIS. POSTING BULL CRAP WITH MY NAME ON A POSTING IS A NO NO. TO BE CONTINUED.

My family has been coming here for a long time and was happy with customer services. But lately due to what I’m guessing are recent hires, or maybe just people losing passion for their jobs, we have had unpleasant encounters. Manager Mo seemed like he was unwilling and unhappy to help. Using snarky comments like, “it’s simple math” when we asked how much monthly payment would be if we paid off a phone. Very unhappy with services lately.

Nothing ever gets done. The product they produce are inferior. As a customer of 6 months, the service is so bad. In the past 2 months, I have contacted 9 employees of Verizon. A third of these tried to steer me away from using Verizon. Recap: both product and services are inferior and both employees and customers are unhappy. Do the math! JFK

Mr. Sabistian is always provide full support and help. He is going extra mile to help his customers. He explained in detailed the promotion and advised me what will fit my needs. He is an assets to Verizon Team. I have been in customer service for the last 15 years, Sabistian is the best.Try to check him sooner for better deals.
