I go in here to return something I paid for on my card. When I go to return the item the older woman cashier decides that I will be refunded with cash rather than with my original form of payment. I asked her to check again because I paid on my card and she tells me “NO IT SAYS CASH YOU WILL GET CASH” she calls the manger and he tells me rebuy the item with the cash she gave me and re return it and get my money back on my card. All this to say not once did anyone apologize for THEIR very obvious mistake because there’s an option to refund me in cash OR my original payment and SHE made the decision for me. Just apologize and say your mistake instead they all rolled their eyes and acted annoyed and bothered. It’s just the principal of things sometimes and don’t treat customers differently based on your biases.

The pharmacy isn’t the best but it’s still four stars because the cashiers are nice and I like going to the store for things like a snack

Quite possibly the worst drive thru in the area. Expect to wait 15min minimum any given time or day or the week.

Absolutely do not go to this pharmacy. The only reason I stay here is for the convenience of it being located right near me. But that's probably going to change soon. The pharmacy staff here is rude, unprofessional, unhelpful. They hang up on you if you ask questions. They put you on hold for sometimes up to 45 minutes to an hours My prescriptions constantly take DAYS (even the ones not affected by the shortages) to fill because there is always a delay of some sort. The wait times to pick up medications is horrendous. Making an appt for a flu or covid shot is useless as you still have to wait more than an hour. I tried to be patient. But this pharmacy needs some serious help.And let me be clear it's the pharmacy I take issue with not the entire store. The floor staff tends to be wonderful.

STAY AWAY!. I’ve came in for my medication 3 times!. Nobody communicates at the pharmacy center. I’ve waited 2 hours for my medication. I even had to call my doctor my self to fax over the prescription twice!. Love this place it’s my local Walgreens but dang the pharmacy needs help.Also you see their staff is texting while working. While clients are being bounced around and waiting for hours. Also the pharmacist was very rude she flicked her fingers at me like I’m a dog to go wait in the waiting area. Not coming back here.HORRIBLE! I felt like they didn’t want to help me on purpose. I felt like I was ignored on purpose. I don’t know what I honestly did for these people to hate me. ? . Maybe because I'm white?European? Muslim? I Have no clue. Do not come here. They racially profile people and are extremely rude. I don’t usually leave reviews but this one I could not help. Sales floor is always awesome. I’m very disappointed this happened to me.

Came in for a flu shot and the place was super busy so there was a long wait. I had an appointment and still waited an hour and a half for my shot. However Maya in the pharmacy department was really nice. I feel so bad for the employees at this location. Walgreens needs to hire more people to run this location more efficiently.

The WORST Walgreen's pharmacy!!! I can't even give them 1 star! I refilled my prescription online to be picked up on Sunday at 9am. I called at 11:30 and it wasn't ready. Called again at 1pm, it wasn't ready but "we are refilling it for you right now". At 4:15 pm I went to the drive through to pick up the prescription. Waited there for 25 minutes for the pharmacist to tell me that prescription is out of stock and will be ready on Tuesday. I asked the pharmacist why was I not notified that they don't have it so I can go somewhere else. From 9 AM to 4:15 PM was plenty of time to be notified. She looked at me and just shrugged her shoulders. Monday morning at 8 am I got a text that the prescription was ready to be picked up! How? The pharmacy was closed on Sunday at 5 and reopened Monday at 7? My husband went to pick it up and waited again over 20 minutes. He stood there waiting while the pharmacist was printing labels and totally ignoring him! Horrible experience every time!

Slowest pharmacy on earth. Even when you come back the next day, they either don’t have it filled or have to verify something. There’s always a line as well. I have never once walked in there, gotten my prescription and paid smoothly. Awful.

16 days from when I ordered blood test strips and still no strips. I got medicare involved on a conference call with them. They needed a pre authorization code to proceed. Medicare did not know what they were talking about and told me to try a different pharmacy. Went to Osco across the street and got the test strips the same day along with a flu and covid shot and 2 10% food discount coupons.

I frequent this Walgreens location often. The employees are extremely friendly and professional. Particularly, Casey, is always attentive to provide service. So nice to see this high level of service. Thanks, Casey!
