Just left here after having the weirdest interaction with the elderly cashier. I was on a secret shopper assignment ,and I asked her as simple interaction if they had a garbage can. Because I hadn’t really been into a Walgreens that didn’t have a garbage can or basket in the front of their store. She replies”yea,there’s one down a few blocks” confused and but gracefully I just figured she didn’t hear me clearly. Then I proceeded to ask her about cash back. And she says “we only do cash back for $25..” I saw two other workers one was a tall thin man who saw me and didn’t greet,even after he was done helping someone. The last workers was a young woman in cosmetics,and after telling her about the interaction,I had just had. She apologized and thanked me for letting her know.But assignment wise,won’t be back here.

Likewise, Zero stars .Was waiting in the drive-thru lane for a half an hour as the only vehicle, tried repeatedly to use the call button and each time the staff hung up on me without even speaking. I kept my cool and was just patient as possible but eventually left after waiting for half an hour.In that time they had exactly two customers inside that they helped each taking over 10 minutes.Absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy in the area. Switch to Osco.

Staff at pharmacy slow and lack common sense. Often they won’t process a prescription for ages when refilled online. They don’t pick up the phone. Once when my prescription was sent to another Walgreens (too far for me to go to since I was about to travel) by accident and they told me they couldn’t refill it because it was “already at the other pharmacy, so you have to wait another month”. I mean, honestly, before saying something stop and think for a second whether it makes sense.

They deserve zero stars. If you ever need prescription, skip this place because they do not answer their phone, they do not answer questions which leads them to inevitably mess up prescriptions. I’ve only tolerated them due to pricing elsewhere but the amount of hell you have to go through is not worth it. I’ll pay extra elsewhere to work with competent human beings.

Honestly, I wish I could leave zero stars. First off, the customer service is the worst. Second, as a pharmacy and especially as pharmacists, they should be exercising their due diligence to ensuring the patient receives their medication. For a problem to continue for 3 days only for an RPH to finally realize the correct order was already on file. When RPH Daniella was questioned on why i wasn't notified or why she couldn't just use the order on file, excuses were made. Her being off on the 2nd day should not be a reason i wasnt notifed. There are multiple pharmacists at this store and they should be working as a team.On top of that I would still need to wait for it to be in stock. Another 3 days. This is a major delay in therapy. I'm not wasting my time with this pharmacy again and will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

We came here to buy CloSYS Sensitive Mouth Rinse (Non-Burning). It was cheaper on sale, and it was 25% off, and it came around to $13.99 than what Walmart had for $17.99, and the sale ended yesterday. I priced this 1 bottle at CVS for $20.00 online and at Walmart and Walgreens near me. Instead of going online, I would have paid more through the shipping part. Listerine's brand, their (non-burning ) mouthwash, still burns in my mouth. For me, I would rather do my own price checks when finding a good bargain; I learned this when I worked in Retail. You can call around and wait, but nowadays, If I want it, I need to do it myself. Then I saw 2 new items that I took pictures of.

This is the best Walgreens I’ve ever been in. The manager was so sweet, I believe her name was Jazmin. I was struggling to find my things and she even walked me throughout the whole store looking for them. Everyone else was rude but I think shes really great. Like so great she knows what she’s doing she should be promoted to a higher position. The other people need to learn a lesson or two from her. I will always be doing my shopping now there because of her kindness and her helpfulness in the mornings, not the evening they’re rude.

I am sorry to say that the store isn't in the best shape; there are shopping carts scattered throughout the parking lot, no carts or basket available for customers, and the pharmacy staff seem a overwhelmed thus making a lot of mistakes.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the pharmacy I've been trying to obtain medication for my husband's diabetes for two weeks, and all I get is excuse after excuse. I was an avid supporter of this Walgreens, but that is not the case anymore! I plan to contact corporate to alert them of my experience.

There are like three competent people who work here. The rest have no idea what they're doing or don't care. Some things I've experienced here that I haven't experienced in any other pharmacy: 1) feeling like I'm bothering them just by being a customer in line, 2) if they say my meds will be ready in an hour, I expect 5 hours here at least, 3) having to call and basically harass these people just to do their job "is my order ready yet???" "Did you call my insurance yet???"
