Stopped using went to osco when they were giving covid tests. Took more than half hour to pickup prescriptions especially at outside window. Haven't had problem at osco ever even for vaccines.

This could probably be a decent Walgreens if it wasn't for the night shift manager. This tattooed obnoxious woman thinks customers are there to be ridiculed and she is a godsend to everybody.
One look at her tells you what kind of person she is and I have no idea how she got this job.
No wonder Walgreens is closing so many locations nationwide if this is their standard.
I hope that if you ever need to go there it is not at night time.

The overnight pharmacy does not pick up the phone waited 45 minutes while I was driving to that location, only to get there,no one in line. I ask the pharmacist for my sons prescription that was not done earlier that day. only for her to tell me that they dont have it in stock. Greenwood location is a joke and a waste of time.

Every single time I try to pick up my prescriptions I have to stand in line for at least 30 minutes. No drive thru and the line goes from the back to the front of the store. Everyone standing close together while some people are sick and picking up prescriptions. I transferred everything to a different location and I live a block away from this store.

Terrible experience at the pharmacy, incompetent staff and one script took over an hour with a faulty directions. My z-pack script was sent over 30 mins before we arrived, waited in a long line just to be told that it’s not ready and we need to wait for 30 mins. Came back to the counter after 30 mins and the pharmacist said that it wasn’t ready and can do it within 5 minutes. When I came home I read the directions and it did not make any sense. As a person who worked in a pharmacy and part of the field it is absolutely unacceptable that one Z-pack script to take over an hour with a faulty sig that makes absolutely no sense, especially knowing that it needs to be varied by a licensed pharmacist before dispensing it to the patient. I’m surprised how this company is still in business.

Not only does this location suck but as a former employee I have to rate a 1 star, wish I was lying, but employees are soo rude no respect no decency and very unprofessional. I was a cashier up front of the store. I was mistreated and treated like dirt, I felt targeted because of my race and at the time there was this employee who was in training to become a supervisor/manager. I forget her name but she was the worst, bullied me in front of all my co workers. I never returned and left that place and never looked back. I get were all trying to make a living, but nothing gives you any right to mistreat someone. Anyone!! I took my situation to corporate but I believe that bully still works there also they ganged up on me, another employee a Hispanic girl literally made me feel I was the one in the wrong. And even her nasty attitude ugh! It made me look at Walgreens in a different way and the way they handle situations like this is and their sociopath complex they both had!! So Thats beyond me...I'll go to any other location just not this one anymore. FYI-Managers if you read this, hire better people and don't tolerate any racism/ discrimination in the work place. Never! Should be an automatic termination imo. Instead you lost a very good employee. And will continue to. That's on you.

Absolutely horrible service. The pharmacist overrides Dr decisions and is arrogant about it. When asked, who's over him? I was told no one and the complaint will just come back to him. And he was right. I called to make a complaint and they literally transferred me back to his store. I was completely disregarded as the customer.

It was early in the morning when I thought of going to this store to get few items. When I walked in, I saw a man at the cashier waiting for help. It was Sunday so there were only few of us in the store. I was already by the shampoo section when I heard the cashier at the front talking to her co-worker. I first thought they were just talking random but she was so loud that I heard her clearly criticizing the man she just helped at the front. She even mentioned that the man was old and maybe he needed hearing aids. I think at this point her co-worker warned her but she continued saying “he could write her a bad review and I wouldn’t care.” Clearly, the man was long gone and doesn’t even know a thing about what she said. I really wanted to confront her and get her name but by the time I got up front she was already gone.
Please don’t tolerate that behavior. Whoever she was and what position she holds, don’t be rude nor disrespectful. Keep your comments to yourself.

Employee Remsy (claim as self authorized shift manger) there was an incorrect marketing sales Sign with an item on clearance. Stating that the item is one clearance & save 1.50$ but refused to charged me the customer loyalty price without the clearance savings of $1.50. I kindly ask if he would honor what the store had posted on their tags but he kindly refused and gave me only 2 options. Pay regular price at a discounted rate with Walgreens loyalty account number or pay the full non-loyalty price at a clearance the clearance rate . Wouldn’t honer the customer loyalty price with the clearance savings . Was told to speak to the store manager in the morning but I needed the item as I was doing laundry at the time. He should have honored the marketing tags posted . As a customer it is very confusing why I am buying a clearance item promising saving a of a $1.50 when it doesn’t specifically explain the clearance policy.

One of the worst pharmacy you can deal with. The employees are beyond rude! I was on hold I ask the lady if she had a medication in stock she said no to call back tomorrow. I’m trying to place the order and she hung up on me. If you don’t like your job QUIT and look for something the suits your attitude!
