One of the worst pharmacy you can deal with. The employees are beyond rude! I was on hold I ask the lady if she had a medication in stock she said no to call back tomorrow. I’m trying to place the order and she hung up on me. If you don’t like your job QUIT and look for something the suits your attitude!

Rude staff. Asked for black hair products. A floor clerk gave me a rude response. I asked to speak to a managers; she brings out a Latina from the back shouting I'm the manager now get out. I asked about the black hair products she yells at 630am, Nothinghere for blacks now get out of here before I call the police. Im a nurse and this behavior is uncalled for and racist

HORRIBLE pharmacy!! You will Jeter wait less than 40 minutes MINIMUM to get prescription. They are almost moving in reverse. There are a TON of places to get refills. This place will be my last choice. No apologies, no one even cares to hustle. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

In my experience, the pharmacy at Walgreens had an excessively long waiting line, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff, leading to frustrating delays in service. Improvements in staffing levels could significantly enhance customer experience.

This is one of the select few pharmacies in the area which is 24/7 open and ready at your service. I went here on 12/17 as a follow up second shingles shot. I scheduled his shot online on the Walgreens app for a 5:30pm appointment. We get there a bit early, ~5:25pm and check in. We had prefilled out the questionnaire form asking about medical history and known conditions prior as there was an option to do so online during the initially scheduling. Not only did we not get serviced by the pharmacist at 5:30pm, we had to wait until 6:15pm until the pharmacist was ready to administer the shot. I get it...you're busy and need to attend to others but don't allow us to schedule a time just so you're not available to actually address our needs until 45 minutes later. Not only were they late, they also had issues with retrieval of the form we prefilled. They also didn't give us a clear estimate on when the pharmacist would be ready. Mind you, there wasn't anyone ahead of my dad waiting on a vaccine. I really believe that if you're in the service business like all pharmacies are, you should be attentive and responsive to your customers. I don't think I'll be coming back to this pharmacy unless it's past operating hours at a closer pharmacy to the house.

2 Prescriptions were not ready I picked up just 1 on Friday on 12/08/23. Returned on Tuesday 12/12/23 and had to wait 20 minutes to get meds. Also, lately always a long line for prescriptions and only 1-2 people at the register.

Zero stars-Went to the pharmacy to get 2 prescriptions that I was told were ready. Arrived and there was a line of people 20 deep. When I got to the front they told me one wasn’t ready yet so I told them I’d wait for it. After 30 minutes I went to the counter to inquire but both desk associates ignored me and continued taking people from the ever-growing line. 2 techs stopped to ask me if I needed help and told me they would check on it. Another 30 minutes went by and neither person returned. I just had twins so I had to go home to breastfeed them and couldn’t wait any longer for 2 very important medications after having a twin c section. I sent my husband back 4 hours later and the issue was the same. Super unorganized and unprofessional. Clearly they don’t care about the customers.

My wife scheduled an appointment for 4 of my family members to receive the flu shot. We've been coming here for shots for a few years now, as it is closest to our home, and beats driving to our military provider in North Chicago. Only 2 family members were seen, as they could not find us in the system. Shots were given to my 2 other family members 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment. I will not be coming here again...

they don’t even deserve any stars. the people that work at the pharmacy cannot care less, they ALWAYS tell me my meds are out of stock— and when i ask questions like when will it be stocked again or any questions regarding my meds, they then give you so much attitude and would say “i just said i don’t know” and hang up. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Update: Bhavya has great cudyomer service v & ZEBA IN THE PHARMACY DESERVES A RAISE FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TAKE MEASURES TO ADVOCATE FOR ME IN BETWEEN THE ISSUE OF PEOPLE VS INSURANCE COMPANIES!!! LOL SHE IS SO KIND, UNDERSTANDING, PATIENT, SHE EXPLAINS THINGS WELL TO ME EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ADHD! SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING PROPERLY AND EASY FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND, SHE DESERVES A RAISE! PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS!!! SHE MADE ME SO HAPPY WHEN I EXPECTED BAD NEWS AND SHE DID A VERY GOOD JOB, ZEBA IF YOU SEE THIS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, YOU ARE MEANT FOR SO SO SO MUCH MORE THAN THIS, AND I MEAN THAT IN THE BEST OF WAYS, MAY YOUR CAREER TAKE YOU BEAUTIFUL PLACES, THANKS ZEBA!!! I OFTEN GET BAD NEWS FROM MY INSURANCE COVERAGE AND SHE HELPED ME WHEN IT WOULD HAVE BEEN REJECTED OTHERWISE. I AM ON MY WAY TO GOOD HEALTH AND GETTING BETTER TODAY BECAUSE OF YOU!!! The handsome young man with the beautiful glorious hair working Sunday AM on 5/21 deserves more than 5 stars!!! What a professional and hard working person! He is not like regular employees, he goes above and beyond and knows how to treat customers. He is so pleasant to be around. He made this Walgreens experience the best of the best. I know he is going places with his awesome attitude, work ethic and demeanor. He reminds me of when I was young and beautiful ????. I'm a huge fan! May Yahuah bless this stellar man in abundance.

Bad service. Called repeatedly and just got pharmacy care team because no one in the actual pharmacy answered. When I finally talked to someone in the pharmacy they hung up on me before I could ask my question.

The worst experience ever and this is coming from someone who works in the exact field. It’s ridiculous the lack of communication and urgency; it’s disgusting.I have been waiting for 2 months for my medication to be approved and they have been toying with me and it’s very frustrating

Unbelievable experience with their pharmacy. Dropped off four scripts. Came back to pick up and the technician didn’t go over the meds and all four were inside a larger bag that was stapled shut. I asked are all four in there? She said yes and that’s it. Did not ask me if I had any questions about the meds and I was on my way.Go home to find out that one of the meds was incorrect. Rather than a pain med, they gave a muscle relaxer. When I called them, the technician on the phone realized the severity of this and said that he can remedy and bring it back in to get the correct medicine. I’d like to understand why there aren’t safeguards in place to prevent this. They said an internal ticket will be launched but that doesn’t give me peace of mind coming back here.Go elsewhere if you can

Here standing outside the store at 3:16 AM. Says on the door clearly open 24 hours but the doors are locked because the manager is counting safe at this hour. Reason: they are short staffed. My daughter has ear infection and is in pain needs Motrin and they have conveniently closed it down to count safe when they are short staffed. Asked me to wait 10-15 mins outside. Ridiculous.
