This Walgreens pharmacy cannot be a for-profit operation as they are slower than a state run medical facility in molasses. I've wasted so much time waiting to pick up prescriptions I could've knit a human-sized sweater for every ant on Earth. Shame on me for not finding a better pharmacy. And shame on me for never learning how to knit.

Worst pharmacy ever! My prescription took over 4 hours for a simple antibiotic. There's always a long line in drive-thru and in store. I'm never coming back.

The pharmacy here is always frazzled, late, disorganized. Even before Covid. If you call the pharmacy, you'll be on hold for 10 minutes, and then the pharmacist will pick up the phone and hang up on you. It happens most of the time I call. They just hang up and make you wait another 10 minutes. It's a shame this is so poorly run but there are many better pharmacies within a mile.

Pharmacy is awful. On hold for 30 Minutes. Take your info and say they're busy will call you back. No call back. Wait on hold another 30 Minutes and they tell you your insurance won't approve. Meanwhile get letter from insurance company that meds are approved. Call back wait another 30 minutes and they miraculously find a way to approve it. Incompetent and slow. Find another Walgreens.

Don't bother spending your hard earned money at this Walgreens. In the picture is an employee named VIKRAM (he hid his name tag, hoping I didn't see it) iCaught him 3 times literally WATCHING ME as i picked through their terrible selections. He had 2 employees watch & basically harass me as well. When i decided to stop playing d**** & pointed it out, they had the audacity to scatter like roaches.. How Pitiful! PLEASEE STRAY FARR FARRR away from this Hell Hole if u are AFRICAN AMERICAN. They are RACIST and EVERY EMPLOYEE in this terrible establishment is on the samee accord. *Here's a Reminder* Us BLACK PEOPLE AREN'T GOING ANYWHERE!! EVER!!! So with that being said, save yourself the self inflicted agony and GET OVER IT!!! HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH!!!

Worst pharmacy ever. I've wasted so many minutes of my life waiting at the pharmacy window. Then you get up there and nobody is waiting in line inside. And then you wait again for *maybe* the barely masked (nose exposed) surly older woman to find time in her busy schedule to do her job. I hate it.

SHAME ON YOU!!!! Unconscionable pharmacy staff work here. I noticed people in front of me were not being helped in the drive thru but were in fact driving away after waiting with no answer. I finally came up to the window and found I could not get anyone to answer for an entire 1/2 hour. I had an appt for a COVID test so I called the pharmacy. The girl picked up the phone and simply hung up on me. So I went into the store and found it was not busy and 4 pharmacy staff were standing around completely ignoring the window. IT WAS NOT BUSY. I told the girl at the counter I have a COVID test appt and have been waiting in the drive thru, but no one would come to the window. She said I had to go back in the drive thru because they won't give them out at the counter. Well, how can you take a COVID test when they won't answer the window? You are affecting people's lives, jobs, etc, by not giving them their COVID tests when they come for their appointments. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Pharmacist is never on duty. Must be some serious staffing problems here. I've gone here twice in the last few days to pick up a Rx and both times was unable to because the pharmacist was gone. Really frustrating.

This is just absolutely ridiculous I'm so angry right now. 1st they say order will be ready in 30 minutes I say no problem at all. I get to the order in 30 minutes as they said it would be ready and nothing. Then they email me saying sorry there has been a delay which is ok I guess but the worse part is they don't even tell you how long it gonna take for the order to be completed. I mean come on it wasn't many items either 30 minutes was definitely enough time to get what I needed. If they are short staff that is not my problem they don't like hiring extra people don't say 30 minutes if you don't mean it. I've been in my car waiting for my order for 1 hr now. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Don't do online pick up here don't waste your time. They're lucky to even get the one star unfortunately I couldn't post this without choosing a star.

Arrived on 1/20/2019 at 11:50 pm, 10 minutes before close. I was in dire need of pain meds and as my boyfriend and I neared the entrance, we saw the door was already locked. Not only that, but the worker behind the cashier stared at us before resuming chatting up someone (clearly not a fellow worker), and they had the nerve to wave us off as if we were inconveniencing their private time.
