The WORST Walgreen's pharmacy!!! I can't even give them 1 star! I refilled my prescription online to be picked up on Sunday at 9am. I called at 11:30 and it wasn't ready. Called again at 1pm, it wasn't ready but "we are refilling it for you right now". At 4:15 pm I went to the drive through to pick up the prescription. Waited there for 25 minutes for the pharmacist to tell me that prescription is out of stock and will be ready on Tuesday. I asked the pharmacist why was I not notified that they don't have it so I can go somewhere else. From 9 AM to 4:15 PM was plenty of time to be notified. She looked at me and just shrugged her shoulders. Monday morning at 8 am I got a text that the prescription was ready to be picked up! How? The pharmacy was closed on Sunday at 5 and reopened Monday at 7? My husband went to pick it up and waited again over 20 minutes. He stood there waiting while the pharmacist was printing labels and totally ignoring him! Horrible experience every time!

You can only send money, you can't receive or make any other transactions

There's a million Walgreens. I would avoid this one. Patrick, the cashier, is beyond rude. I almost believe he goes out of his way to be rude. 0/5

What a joke. My wife was released from the hospital last night. We were going to pick up a script that the hospital called in. They didn't have it ready so we figured we would pick it up today. I called this morning around 10am & they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I went in around 2:30pm and there was a line with about 15 people. When I finally got to the window & requested the script the technician said they were working on it. I mean WTF? I know they're busy but don't tell me it will be ready at 10.30am & more than 4 hrs later you come in and they're just working on it. I still had to wait another 10-15 minutes before the prescription was fillled. My wife had surgery & needed her medications. Im not sure if this is their standard response time but it's one thing when you're getting a refill and you probably have some of your meds in reserve but this was something that shouldn't have taken this long. I won't be going back to this location.

Better than most of the Walgreens I've ever been to. The employees, except two, and managers are always helpful. They'll match the price on the Walgreens app to items in store. Be sure to read terms and conditions of coupons. They'll get annoyed if you want to do 3-4 transactions; within your right, per corporate customer service on a recorded phone call. However, it's how to best rack up the my Walgreens rewards while still price matching, using a store, and a manufacturer coupon.Only critique is that they do not offer wifi in their stores and you routinely get 1-2 bars in the "back" of the store where you're actually in the middle (since the employee area and the stock room and freezer is actually the back).

This review is based solely on my experience with getting a vaccine at the pharmacy. I called to see if they take walk-in and was told they do, but I may have to wait 30 minutes. I had a horrible experience with another Walgreens and their inconsistent info. So, was really hoping the same wouldn't happen here. I went in and all the pharmacists were super friendly. I was able to get my vaccine and was out of there in 20-25 minutes!

This is one of the worst Walgreens I have ever seen. The fact that this is a bad and unsanitary Walgreens is not the reason I decided to make a review. When I walk in looking for a small nic nac for my nephew I get to a stand up fixture with childrens playing cards, in the middle of the tobacco section. From my marketing point of view this walgreens is marketing tobacco use among young children and preteens. There is an epidemic of children and preteens using tobacco and nicotine, causing health problems by the time they are in thier 20s which is not long off. Tobacco is cancer causing also but do children and preteens understand that... no they don't. The children and preteens just like the flavors and know nothing of the health risks. nicotine is highly addictive it's basically a legal gate-way drug for your children to try harsher drugs. Everyone please make complaints when they advertise and market tobacco and nicotine to children and preteens.

This is about the Pharmacy..... Been coming her TOO LONG for such slow crap service my god! HIRE MORE PEOPLE or at least CLOSE THE DRIVE THROUGH! I WAITED MORE THAN 15 MINS and could see 5 people inside getting their prescriptions filled! I didn't want to go inside and people behind me started honking! I'm switching my prescriptions to another walgreens...even if I have to go inside I'd rather go inside at another store with employees that arent rude and or exhausted and or HAVE NO EXPERIENCE and ANSWER THE PHONE.

The pharmacy is so under staffed. It is rude to customers and burns out the staff. Management needs to do better

I stopped at this Walgreens and I needed to ask the pharmacist just a few questions. I have Barrett's esphogus and a lot of acid in my mouth. I wanted to know what I can use to help with with the burning on my lips. I had to be back home in my prospect soon. I waited she said she'll be there and totally ignored me. She needs to be replaced. I know she's busy with other people and the virus going on but she could have said something to me instead of me waiting. I just left. The managers Maia and Mark was so very very helpful and friendly and returned my products with my receipt and gave me rewards points.too. They care about customer service and deserves a lot of recognition. My store in my area couldn't return my stuff which I orginally bought in this store later on. Love u guys they are better than the pharmacist. Otherwise terrific store and employees

Pharmacist was rude and condescending. I guess it's my fault that I don't have a pharmacy degree like her. Too bad she slept through the customer service portion of school. No problem, Osco is right down the street.

This is why Walgreens in going down. This location has been horrible for years. I go in to pick up a 30 cent photo. Wait 18 minutes as the manager is doing something else. I ask two other people if they can just grab my photo. Nope. Then there is an Easter Baloon I want for my son, it is a little out of reach but could be grabbed by a tall person or a ladder used to stock shelves. Hey manager can I buy this for my son. Nope. Too much trouble to grab. Now that's what I call customer service.

Agree with prior comment about understaffing. Waited in drive up lane for over 30 mins with only 1 car in front of me, who finally gave up and drove off after 10 mins. I noticed one patient at the counter who was there for at least 15 mins dealing with the pharmacy tech, so no better inside.

This is your average Walgreens with the usual stock. The only complaint I have is the intersection on which it is located. It's almost always congested and tricky to get out of.
