It’s ridiculous that every time I order a pizza the pizza is never correct or even one time I waited a whole hour and they didn’t even make my pizza. I went in today and told them I ordered a taco pizza and it wasn’t a taco pizza, and they told me to my face “they just forgot to add the chips” no it’s a whole Tomato sauce, and sausage pizza.. and you think you are gonna fix it by adding lettuce and chips, and some uncooked shredded cheese and tomatoes.. I don’t think so.. it’s ridiculous I will not be ordering another pizza from this place again.. highly unsatisfied..

People don't understand how to make a pizza or read directions. I have spent so much money on pizza. Just picked up my order and it wasn't cut right so I spoke with the manager and he flat out said they didn't read the order and then asked me if I really needed my pizza cut the way I wanted it and was super rude

Whatever you do don't complain about under cooked chicken, or a messed up order. They become rude, and accuse you of wanting free food. ( I don't want anything free just want i ordered prepared right!) You will get black balled. I guess you are just supposed to be happy with messed up orders and raw chicken.

Something needs to be done about the guy name Seth that works at your store makes me very uncomfortable that every time I go in the store he’s following me around thinking I’m gonna steal something stereotyping me because I’m brown and have tattoos is not right he needs to learn hygiene because the store smells like a dirty clothes hamper And it’s very uncomfortable have him following the me around and have to smell him when he should be at the front counter not following me around there also was an occasion that I went to the store at 11:45 and he told me that I need to hurry up because he’s not gonna check me out at midnight because the stores gonna be closed He also accused me of calling corporate on him when I did no such thing how are you gonna have somebody work at your establishment when they’re blaming people for something they didn’t do please do the city of nokomis a favor and fire him i’ve heard that there’s already been multiple complaints From multiple people having altercations or issues

Clean restrooms, but apple fritters were very dry and hard. They should not of been this dry and hard if they were prepared this morning. Tasted like they were day old. That's not Casey's policy. Does Management check her kitchen helps work before putting it out for customers to purchase? Why are the cashiers at this casey's so RUDE? This is a question for the Manager !

I visit Nokomis a couple times a year, and I love stopping here for coffee and donuts. Friendly staff. Good breakfast pizza too.
