Terrible customer service. Went in for "express" oil change and tire rotation with appointment. After an hour wait I went to desk and was told "they didn't have any paper work yet showing it was done. After waiting another 15 minutes I asked another person and they said they would check. Came back that the tech had done another car before me and that now mine would be high priority. Second time something similar has happened. Suggest you go elsewhere if possible.

Audi A6, took it in for oil change and came back with a car that made crazy noise. Now I have to take it in to see how this happened? Cant trust these guys. save yourself and go elsewhere.

We went through the entire buying process. They needed our last signatures. At that point in time, they handed us the final numbers and we saw a random $2,500 charge. We asked what it was and it was for some type of paint and upholstery warranty. I asked for it to be removed because we did not want it. They would not remove it and said it comes with all their cars, even though we were buying used. Please know this is actually an optional thing for used cars and costs the dealership about $250. They make $2,250 by forcing a bogus 5 year paint and upholstery warranty. We walked away from the vehicle and will never be back to that dealership and will recommend others not to go either.

So I started to write a negative review about an issue we found with our car and our sales guy was no help at all, but I reached out to the general manager and the service manager, and they have been great. They were very responsive and accommodating. I will update this when it's all resolved.

I had an awful experience at this dealership this last week. First, I viewed the dealer website and found a car I liked for 47,420. It was a 2021 Audi A5 Sportback. MSRP was around 55,000. After I told them I wanted the car, they called me back about an hour later and said there was a computer glitch and the internet price was wrong and they were selling it for MSRP. After we haggled a little bit they only came down to 52,500 for a demo vehicle that had a little over 5,000 miles on it. I asked for all the numbers ahead of time but didn't get them presented to me until I drove 4 hours to pick up the car on Saturday. Then they presented me with a 6.75 interest rate for 84 months even though I have a 741 credit score and even though the Audi site has much lower rates on their website - . I called a credit union today and they told me with my credit score I could get 3.9% APR for 84 months if I used them so I will be getting a different car loan it looks like. Do not trust this dealership.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service, or lack of service received. I have spent over a $1k over the past 6 weeks and have had to constantly call about parts that no one seem to know anything about. After charging to clean areas of my sliding glass it still rattles. Did anyone take it out to make sure it didn't rattle? I was told two parts would be in in 2 days and I'm still making calls to service and the Audi office to only get the run around. I went in today to find out they have never been order. I don't write negative reviews but this is the worst service I have ever received at Audi dealership. I moved here from another state. You don't get returned calls as asked, no follow up until I showed up in person and no one knows nothing. I am a very unhappy for the dollars I have spent. I receive better service at Mitsubishi where I purchased my daughters car. And it's far from a luxury car. And here again.... I wait.

Go to Peoria Subaru. After getting D'kd around at the Bloomington auto mall for 4 hours with no deal I went to Peoria the next day. In and out with a new car and a 300$ a month cheaper payment. Car was less and they gave me more for my trade. Peoria is a very professional place! Ask for LeAnn she's amazing! It's worth it!

Terrible Customer Service, called several times, E-mailed as I was a out of town buyer got no answers. Did a credit application never got a answer. Took my business elsewhere, seemed like they were not interested in selling a car.

Probably the worst AUDI dealership ever for responding regarding a service request. Left multiple emails and voice mails over two weeks to schedule a mere trip-check and no one there had the common courtesy to at least respond. They are apparently about sales and NO service. Sad to say this as I love AUDI and this is the first that disregards customers.
