Steve is a great store manager. If great was defined as, completely disrespecting his employees in front of customers. I have visited the store and have seen Steve yell at his subordinates, he does this in fashion that is almost targeted. threats of termination occur when the employee I saw, was super helpful and willing to admit that he could do the job or not. Steve did not raise his voice, he belittled the employee from what I saw. Not a fan of this store, inefficient and will gladly shop with store manager, Tony over at Advance Auto across the street. Terrible leadership and quite frankly embarrassing from this store.

These guys care about your car and they're very helpful. I appreciate their assistant and also they gave me good options what my vehicle needed. Next thing you know, I left the store happy.

The girl working on my car did a great job! Definitely recommend going there if you need minor things done on your vehicle. Mine needed a headlight replacement

WHY would you HIRE people that DONT know ANYTHING about AUTOMOBILES?!?!? The last 2 times I have been there have been AWFUL! The last time I was there, the girl tried to put the WRONG car BATTERY in MY CAR!! And couldn't figure out WHY IT WOULDNT FIT?!?! Then today I was told by O'Reilly (where I will ONLY go to now, they are awesome) to go to across the street to Auto Zone to get my "Check Engine light" code removed, (because O'Reilly's didn't have the machine to do it) so I went. The girls there told me they "legally" couldn't do it. When questioned further, they said "they don't know how" to use the machine to clear it.
WHY HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT AUTO stuff at an auto shop?!?! That's like men selling items at Victoria Secret!!! WTH??
I will NEVER go to Auto Zone again and will tell everyone I know to NOT go either.
They would be better off hiring TODDLERS!!!At least toddlers would know more about CARS & at least they are CUTE!
WHAT A JOKE!
I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. 🤬

Saved our bacon. Needed a replacement battery at 7:30 on a Sunday night, and they were able to do the swap and we were on our way in 20 minutes. I wish I would have gotten the lady's name that did the work, because she was great. Well done!

Big Shout out for Christian who helped me on Wednesday this week with a passenger headlamp and wiper blades. Super friendly and very nice as well as knowledgeable! I will definitely keep using this location in Normal as it maintains great staff like Christian who are eager to help and if you need parts and expertise...this is the place to go!
