I was having a great deal of trouble setting up an acct / profile. Called State Farm. No help !! Went back to my agent. NOW we get somewhere. Sarah U gets involved. She cuts thru the red tape / gets things done so I can order a Ting device and follows up . Haven’t had this great a customer service in some time. Sarah. You are wonderful. Thank you sincerely. Axel has been my agent since I first moved out on my own and needed my own insurance policies at 19. I know I always saw the “like a good neighbor” commercials growing up and rolled my eyes, but I didn’t know how true that slogan/statement could be until I joined Axel’s office. Axel and his office have been there for me every step of my journey this far: graduating college, getting married, graduating law school, passing the bar, and having my first child. They have sometimes been my biggest cheerleaders as well, and I will forever appreciate those sweet, unexpected cards or communications from Axel and his team congratulating me on those milestones. As Axel has been there with me, and now my family, through all of these monumental changes, I have personally seen how much he cares and wants what is best for us. I know that when I reach out to his office with a question (no matter how small or silly I think it is), I will get a timely and compassionate response. I have been with Axel’s office for almost a decade now, and I’m happy to know they’ll be there for me and my family for many more years to come.
