“Exceptional service! Traveling through and needed a tire repair for a weekend race. Even though the shop was busy, Jason and Eric took care of my tire repair and helped me understand the physics of why it blew. They went above and beyond to troubleshoot some gearing issues I was having. I definitely recommend their service department and I will consider driving the 2 hours from home to buy a new Trek from them. Appreciate ya’ll!!!”

“We rented a couple of ebikes today and had a great experience. Tiernan explained everything and made it easy to understand. Thanks for all the help and enjoyed the experience.”

“Michael and his father were so lovely to work with. They set my wife and me up with the first bikes that either of us have owned since we were kids. This place was constantly busy, with new customers like us, people looking for mechanical service, and long-time buyers popping in for a part or two, and these two guys somehow handled everyone at a pace that showed they valued people’s time. There’s clear reasons why they’ve been in business for so long, and I’m glad we have such a reliable place for biking supplies and service right in the middle of downtown.”
