Holly and her team were an extremely knowledgeable kind and efficient group. As a young college student she helped me find the best price and repaired the car quickly. I could not ask for better service and refuse to anyone else.

Absolutely amazing service, I talked to Holly on the phone who was super respectful and she helped resolve my issue with my tire. When I came inside I met Lucas and Mike and had a nice conversation while waiting for my car. 10/10 service, 10/10 people, overall greatest experience I’ve ever had while getting my car serviced.

Everyone one there was great! Ran over a screw at the mall, stopped there, they got us right in, repaired the tire and didn’t even charge us. Highly recommend them. I will go back for future needs.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Holly and Ryan and entire staff at the Carx Normal,IL location and Jessica at the Bloomj gton location. Going over and beyond to help us out . We are from out of town and didn't have a spare tire ( BMW does t have spare tires) Of course it's close to closing time for every tire installer and nobody would help . Walmart was open and we were a block away with a blowout . We were told that he was closed because he didn't have help and was extremely rude with slamming the door shut on us . We found Car X , explained to Holly what was going on and she went over and beyond . She didn't have our size tire and offered up a ride from a tech to be able to purchase a tire from Belle . We ended up going to the wrong Car X which didn't have a technician on duty . JESSICA Being more than helpful offered up assistance and called Holly AT the Normal store . HOLLY then sent her team member over to Bloomington store , picked up Dave to get him to Belle tire to buy the tire and then installed the tire and got us back on the road. There are no words to express how appreciative we are . They will continue getting our business for our service needs .

Some of the best customer service I've experienced from any auto repair shop. Holly and her crew showed they cared about my vehicle's well being the whole time. When the issue I brought it in for evolved into more extensive work, they replaced any other affected parts (as well as parts that would have suffered long term). Great job treating the car as a whole, and not just focusing on one issue. I will be continuing to enjoy their service for a long time to come.

Needed to correct tire pressure while on the highway, found these guys minutes from when they close on a saturday.

I was on my way up north to see my dying grandma before she passed. On my way, I ended up with a tire pressure warning. I stopped at this particular shop to see if they could tell what was causing the issue. The mechanic, who was on his lunch break, dropped everything to help me out. He found a screw and mentioned that it would take two days for my kind of tire to arrive. I asked if it could be patched and he was honest, but hesitant. He said under the circumstances, he could patch it, but couldn’t guarantee it would hold. He quickly got me back on the road, refusing payment or tip. The lady running the front desk was such a lovely person. She chatted with me the entire time while I was waiting. I want them to know that I did make it to see my grandma before she passed, and the plug held! I could never be more thankful to these two people. They are rare gems. Thank you so much!!

We had an issue with our rental car, and we went here to get it fixed. The employees were fantastic! They were super helpful, friendly, and efficient. We are so grateful to them. They had us back on the road really quickly. Highly recommend!

I dropped my car off last Tuesday. When I dropped off they said they would have an estimate the next day… I heard nothing at all so I called Thursday and they said my vehicle would be done by Friday afternoon. I get a call back Friday asking if it was even okay to start the repairs and if I had received an estimate at all. It is now Sunday and my car is still not complete. I hope the repairs are better than the customer service because I will never be returning to this location
