This is the best insurance agency that I have ever worked with. They are all so attentive and responsive when it comes to their customers. I experienced an alarming issue when it came to purchasing my home and this office stood by my side the entire time. My loan officer decided to quit a week before my closing. Teena in the office was the first person to contact me and let me know what was going on behind the scenes. Luckily, I was able to close on my home on time. Teena called me the next day to make sure everything was okay and went smoothly. This State Farm agency is the best, I would recommend them to anyone in Bloomington/Normal.

Cathy and her crack staff were amazingly helpful in assisting me with a terrible situation which I faced. My cousin, who was a retired State Farm employee and insured, died suddenly and I was her closest of kin. Cathy helped immediately in getting me in touch with her various State Farm employee benefits and followed through subsequently in making sure I had completed the paperwork necessary for those matters. She and her staff assisted me with her State Farm insurance to continue coverages until I no longer needed them. A great experience for me.

I have been here for years and Teena always makes everything go so smooth! Cathy is as real and down to earth agent that you could ever have and she shoots you straight! I wish there were more staff to assist some days but overall I am VERY satisfied! Teena embodies both the State Farm Brand and everything that Cathy would ever expect from her! You guys are awesome!

Cathy and her team do an amazing job! Cathy is an honest person she will tell you what you need and dont need according to your lifestyle and budget. Every email and phone call gets answered no matter how big or small the request. We have been with them for years and no matter what will continue to stay with her. She was even able to beat the interest from the dealership on our car loan which was awesome so we could use 1 person for multiple things.
