Supposed to be 24 hour and they have all the doors locked. No one will come open them

Every time I come around 9:15-9:30 the doors are always locked this suppose to be 24hr I’m always seeing workers smoking cigs with friends in vehicle getting upset when you coming to be a regular customer definitely need better staff.
