CollegePlace Uptown is a student housing community right on the edge of the Illinois State University campus in Uptown Normal. It is noted for its great and convenient location, being so close to campus and everything. The staff is described as very nice, helpful, friendly, and accommodating with an upbeat attitude, making the leasing and move-in process smooth. It is considered the best place to live off campus.

Move in day was amazing! We were informed about parking, mail, & setting up our WiFi. Teagan & Wes were friendly & helpful. The apartment was clean & above what was expected. Thanks

sink faucets are hard to use due to them not being that one detachable thing fancy sinks have and the water pressure being low
