I had a great experience at CSL Plasma. The staff explained every step of the process clearly and made me feel welcomed from start to finish. The needle stick was painless, and I felt very well taken care of. Everyone was wonderful from the beginning, especially Shy, who helped me on the floor she was absolutely amazing!
