I would like to give Josh 20 stars however I’m only allowed to give him 5. He is extraordinary service manager who gave me the best quality service!. He also found me a hook up to my rv when I was told there was none. Speaking to him was a success since I have driven two hours and I was not feeling good. He made my evening comfortable and in the morning he made sure I was taken care off!. In addition, I like to also give Ricky a compliment he helped me with my black water tank and water tank he was so sweet and helpful easy to talk to.

I was not even Cummings customer, I had just called for info and these guys were amazing!
It made me wish I had selected them to work on my motorhome instead of the place I chose. I would definately use them in the future - HANDS DOWN, NO HESITATION. They know and practice customer service 100%.

My husband and I really appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness of Brody, Chris, and Eron in the parts department! They located a part needed for the Cummins engine in our motorhome that was difficult to find. It will help us get back on the road! We highly recommend this location in Normal, Illinois!
