Madison in pharmacy was super rude to me. I won’t hash out what happened, but I hope CVS takes this comment seriously. I usually have very pleasant experiences at my CVS, but not today.

Great service, excellent pharmacist. Vaccinations are a breeze. Greeted promptly was able to get all the vaccinations my doctor recommended.

Stay away from CVS!I only gave one star because you can't give zero starsCVS pharmacy 1701 Fort Jesse Rd. Normal, IL 61761 is a horrible business. They never fill my morphine RXs for my chronic pain without a lot of hassle. For example:I had a RX that was mistakenly sent there by new staff at a pain clinic. The RX was fillable on 04/26 but not only did they not fill it but they waited until I came in the store. Of course since they close for lunch at 12:30-1:30pm they couldn't be bothered to get it ready at 11:15 while I waited. This is pretty typical for that store. Normally I go to Axline pharmacy who are excellent.

Stopped in to look for an over the counter medication. Was ignored by the male clerk. When I ask for help he just gave me a aisle number. That wasn't very helpful. Left without the medication and went to Walgreens where they assisted me in finding what I needed. Need to provide customer service!!

Horrible. Don't go there and get COVID tested if you need results back right away. They messed mine up 2 different times, 2 different days. Ended up going elsewhere so I could get results.

Staff was not willing to help nor empathetic, which left sour taste in my mouth. They didn't try to check the name in different spelling in the drive thru service simply saying there was no prescription under the name. I had to go in the store to talk to them but the conversation was not smooth as they were cold and not willing to provide good service.

A solid pharmacy that was patient and willing to help rectify an issue with my insurance. They worked together to help me and make sure I wasn't charged full price for my covered prescriptions. The rest of the store was clean and well stocked.

This place is worthless. that are incapable of filling a prescription on time, without screwing it up or without multiple phone calls and trips to fix their errors. save yourself the frustration and aggravation by going somewhere else!

We've been very happy with this CVS. Pharmacy is great answering questions and tracking down prescriptions that the doctor forgot to send. Only suggestion would be to expand pharmacy hours.

I have only been there twice, but they were quite helpful and my prescriptions were ready faster than I expected. I very satisfied with this pharmacy.
