I am amazed with how well this place is run. Even when busy, the workers all maintain A+ customer service with positivity. I sat there waiting for new tires to be put on, and every interaction I witnessed had me impressed. The efficiency is next level. Thanks for all that you do!

I have been to this location 3-4 times. Always very fast and efficient. They explain things well but no pushy upsell. Twice I have been out the door in less than 32 minutes with 2 new tires. They are the go to tire place in BloNo and it's not close.

Great staff, finished whole process in 30 minutes. I appreciated the effort put into to explain status of my old tires.
Update 3/2025:
Staff is fantastic. Still puts the customer first, helping me keep my tires in good shape. I appreciate their focus on keeping me informed as they worked on my car and general welcoming attitude. This is the best Discount Tire location I have been too and I look forward to continuing to use them for my tire needs.

Lucas M is fantastic. Really helped me out in a rough situation. Visit was long but they were busy, didn't have an appointment, they got me in. Everyone was friendly, courtious, patient and informative. It's my second time being here and will definitely be back.

Workers were fanastic. Extremely polite, diligent, and helpful.
I made an appointment a week in advance and had to wait almost two hours. Not sure why making an appointment is an option if they don't honor it.

Appt on Fri 1/17 @ Normal IL shop. Kamil was my service rep. Friendly, professional, quick. He checked pressure, reset sensors, and returned to me and was very patient with explaining what was what. I'm a senior female who is anxious about automotive do-dads. He treated me like a beloved grandmother. Kamil is a great representative for Discount Tire !
