Have been with All-State since the mid 90's. They have seen me through a house fire and a car wreck. I was recently disappointed though to find out that while you offer pet insurance to home owners; you do not offer it to renters. Maybe something to think of.I still love All-State.

Worst company I worked with. They lie to you after knowingly they cancel your policy. When they called me in October-2022.I told Alexander that they just cancel my policy .he t I ld me not to worry about it they have new rules he know the claims was there and lie just to get my auto policy I guessed, even knowing I Said my auto and homeowners must be together. So they to spend $600.00 more because again they cancel my policy. This was a fraudulent actwhen we went over claims. This a horrible companyBad customer service and will lie to cover up

Dustin recently became my agent after my local agent passed away. Trying to get him to call me back is impossible. I canceled one of my policies and they took the money out of my checking anyway, almost $600. I’ve called and talked to a receptionist about this and they say Dustin busy but it’s taking care of. Well 2 weeks later I call the main company and the policy is still active and not been taking care of. Worst costumer service ever

Claims are difficult and stressful. This office gets a thank you from me. Misty was on the phone through a storm with me. Darci managed some difficult situations for me and had to deal with me.. I’m not endorsing the company but can at least say this office is capable of taking over, and a burden off of you! Sorry but can’t endorse the company but I’m thankful for the professionalism, rapid response and willingness to see you through difficult situations!
