“The service repairman, Aaron, came the day after I called so very fast service, and came to Pontiac from Bloomington. He was extremely knowledgeable about LG appliances and even gave me some great tips as he was determining the problem. He found the problem was caused by mice, and even helped “get rid of them” before replacing the damaged part. That was going above and beyond for sure!
