we had ordered cabinets that were supposed to be delivered during the week of 4/8 to 4/15/24. When the shipment was moved over to a final delivery carrier, that's where all communication stopped and we had to contact Estes to find out where and when we would receive them. The final delivery carrier did not respond back until 5pm the same day we had contacted Estes with a delivery date of 4/18/24. When we contacted Estes and explained the situation, that we needed these before that date and had not heard from the final carrier about a change, they were very helpful and offered to have one of their drivers deliver it on Friday, however they could only set the pallet down in our driveway and not in the house. The driver called us that morning and was here within the time he had stated. He was very nice and explained to us what we needed to do by taking pictures and contacting immediately if we spotted any damage. We would definitely recommend Estes again, they were very helpful in ensuring we were a satisified customer!

We had to pick up a large palleted item. Never having been there before, everyone was super friendly and helpful. They helped us cut the metal straps and dispose of our stuff that wouldn't fit in the car. Everything was shipped well and in great condition.

I’ll revise this after I actually get my delivery they’ve been holding at their location for a week. Nobody calls to explain why the delivery has been delayed. I don’t care about excuses. You have a job to do so do it. Pretty simple concept. Pay overtime, contract work out, whatever…. Get it done in a timely manner and your customers will be pleased. I’m about to tell Home Depot they can refund my purchase and I will go to my local Ace Hardware for my mower.

TERRBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I HAD A PLAYSET WHICH WAS TO BE DELIVERED BY ESTES ORDERED FROM Home Depot. ESTES PROMISED DELIVERY ON 3 DIFFERENT DAYS. EACH DAY THEY WERE A NO SHOW, AND DIDN'T CALL TO SAY THEY WERE NOT COMING! EACH DAY I HAD TO REARRANGE/CANCEL MY WORK DAY!THE 4TH DAY, IT SHOWED BROKEN IN 5 PIECES FROM THEM MOVING IT AROUND SO MUCH. THEIR EXCUSES FOR THE MISSED DELIVERY DAYS WERE "FORGOT TO PUT ON TRUCK," AND THE 3RD ATTEMPT EXCUSE WAS THEY DIDN'T HAVE A WAY TO UNLOAD IT OFF THE TRUCK AT MY HOUSE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE A LIFT ON THE TRUCK!I EMAILED Home Depot AND SAID CANCEL THEIR CONTRACT!!
