Highly dependable and very attentive to details, will work extremely hard to deliver shipments on time and damage free... would recommend anyone to use Estes as there go-to trucking company..

The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because we actually ended up receiving the delivery. Horrible customer service and probably the worst scheduling I have ever seen in 15 years of dealing with freight companies. And that says a lot. We gave them extra transit time to schedule within a certain date and timeframe. This was confirmed 2 times. Still couldn’t hold up their end. Then they start constantly changing their story and delaying the shipment over and over. Says 1 stop away, then 2 stops away, then 1 stop away, then 2 stops away again. Garbage system. Their “customer service” does not care and didn’t even attempt to help. And then they didn’t even have us as their first stop. Our order was out almost to the back of the truck. If you have any other option, then I highly recommend not even considering Estes. Unless you like being told 1 thing and then see the opposite.

Waiting for refergerator that was to be delivered. Has been sitting in Normal illinois since the 22nd of May. I realize there was a holiday in the mix but this is ridiculous.

I don’t get how this delivery company is highly rated. They don’t communicate with the customers receiving the products. They tell you one delivery date but make it for another day and they don’t communicate that new date with you. They tell you that you have to sign for the package so you work your schedule around to be here for it to not be delivered that day. I would never recommend using this company for shipping. Stick with FedEx and UPS.

Estes is one of my preferred carriers for LTL. They rarely upcharge and if they are wrong, they will fix the mistake, if they are right I pay it right away.
They have helped me out of some jams and acted in a professional manner in all of our dealings.

The Bloomington, IL location has fantastic customer service. The people I spoke to on a couple occasions were super friendly and answered my questions. Great folks!

Drivers says can't get 53ft in our location. Called Dispatch Bloomington IllinoisWe get trucks in and out daily.
