Etcheson Spa & Pool is known for its great service and knowledgeable staff, helping customers with pool issues for over 25 years. While initial communication may have faced challenges, the team, including Jon, has made efforts to address concerns and ensure satisfaction. Customers appreciate the assistance provided, like in the case of restoring a friend's pool with helpful advice on chemical usage. Additionally, Etcheson stands out for having hard-to-find parts at good prices, making it a go-to choice for pool needs.
