This was our first time moving with professional movers so we were not sure what to expect. Mark came to the house for the estimate and explained how it would work and what to expect. He answered all our questions and gave us his direct phone to reach him if we had any other questions or concerns. On moving day, Shane and his crew showed up on time and made quick work of packing our furniture and loading the truck. He worked around our schedule for delivery. He and his crew arrived on time for delivery and had everything unloaded quickly. Everyone was very polite and everything arrived safely.

We moved from Decatur IL to Fulshear TX last week. I am extremely happy that we chose Federal for our moving. The driver and the movers were really awesome! Nothing was broken or lost after moving from 1000 miles away! They worked hard and were courteous and professional. They really knew what they were doing and doing efficiently. The moving advisor and moving coordinator were also very responsive and took care of everything in a timely manner. I strongly recommend Federal to anyone who plans to move.

By appointment but they’ll work you in after scheduled trucks. I was late by default when I got assigned this load but still they still got me loaded within 1.5 hours. Thank you!

Allied movers are professional, knowledgeable, and well trained. (Allied had packed and moved my family members cross country years ago, so they were my first call when I needed antiques moved into storage.) The team moved several of my heavy antiques, including an antique grand piano. They were trained on how to remove the legs and wrapped all pieces with care. I was very impressed with the time and attention they placed into the move. I highly recommend Allied.

They were hired to remove our old refrigerator and install the new refrigerator. Apparently our old fridge was out of scope and too big for them to remove. They only told us this after they tried to remove it and couldn’t remove the fridge. I asked them what the scope would be to move it (because we would pay) and they wouldn’t tell me.So not only did they not do the work they were hired to do, they left our fridge like this…Thanks Bill!

I would give zero if possible. Home Depot used them to deliver my refrigerator. I received 2 confirmations of a 4 hour window for delivery between 2:30pm and 6:30pm. I had special notes indicating my location (rural) and number to call with problems or questions. At 1:00 I called to confirm delivery status. I talked to a rude gentleman identifying himself as the only one I could talk to. He informed me a delivery attempt had already been made and there was nothing he could do to redeliver, it was "too bad" but I would just need to reschedule. The highlight of my day was finding out his contract was canceled and he will not be delivering for Home Depot moving forward.

I deal with shipping and receiving here.Never a problem. First in First out. You line up down the side of the building. Lots of room to turn around in back.Could use some lights for safety on the dock as it is inside and you are backing in from outside. Guys inside work very hard to load and unload.
