Super kind staff, able to break things down to a clueless 20 year old. Handled not just my car but the small decorations in it with care, the repair looks AMAZING, and they got it done so much faster than expected.

I got rear ended a few days ago & it reminded me I forgot to write a review about this place. I hit a raccoon some months ago and decided to take my vehicle to gerber collision & glass on eagle. These people were extremely nice and took very nice care of my car, the repairs were close to 3k I think if I’m recalling right due to radiator damage & a few other things ( hit the raccoon on the highway) and gerber had my vehicle fixed in just a couple days. An A/C hose did come off a few days after repair (no big deal things happen) & gerber did not hesitate to get me in as soon as possible to fix the hose at no cost to me. I will be taking my 2023 Toyota Camry back to gerber for the rear end repair. Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass. 5 stars for the amazing effort & service.

I was considering taking my car here after some hit my car recently. I called in after receiving a quote through my insurance. I spoke to a Zack and was asking questions regarding the process and how long it would take. Zack very rudely told me it’s going to take how long it takes. That was rude and uncalled for. This is my first time going through this. I don’t know the process and was simply asking a question. The accident was traumatic enough, I don’t need to call into a car repair company and have someone speak to me like that. I politely ended the call and will be taking my car somewhere else

They did an excellent job fixing my car after it was in an accident. When I got it back there were some issues with my speakers but they were quick to get me back in the shop and make everything right. Would recommend this shop.

I will never use the eagle rd location as they are not people oriented the guy with bushy hair was arguing with me I just wanted a copy of the estimate for my records he couldn't give it to me the location in Bloomington il are sweet as can be I tried conversating with receptionist on eagle rd I could tell immediately she wasn't a people person strongly recommend if you gotta use Gerber use the 1 in Bloomington all the staff there is super nice...

Got a quote on some painting and touching up for my 5 series BMW. Was quoted $5700, and wanted to move forward with them, but was told that the cost of repair was more than the value of my car. Told them I didnt care i’m in love with the car and love investing my money into it. And it’s no problem cuz i make $5000 a week… Was then rudly told that they are not going to be working on my car that they’re not interested in it. Idk why they had to go lose a customer for life like that.

Excellent service. They explained how to get you car rental for low price . They work with the insurance directly for any changes to the quote. I would definitely recommend this place for any of your collision repairs.
