On 9/29/25 my 25 year old daughter was traveling to Chicago on I 55 and the check engine light came on (23 Q3 still under warranty) She was within 20 minutes of the Bloomington Illinois Audi Dealership. She pulled over and I phoned the Bloomington service department at approx 8am explained the situation (young girl, traveling to Chicago alone etc..) and asked if she could drive to dealership to have the car scanned to see if it was safe to continue. They said they could not fit her in and the earliest appointment would be 2 weeks. I asked to speak to service manger and was once again told they would not be able to work her in. I then told my daughter to turn around and drive to Green Audi Springfield. Green was also extremely busy but told her that they would be able to do a scan if she could wait an hour or so. Green Springfield not only scanned the car, but ended up going ahead replacing a part under warranty and got her back on the road in a short period of time. When you purchase an Audi you certainly expect Dealerships to make accommodations under emergency situations. The Bloomington Dealership does not honor such expectations.

Terrible customer service. Went in for "express" oil change and tire rotation with appointment. After an hour wait I went to desk and was told "they didn't have any paper work yet showing it was done. After waiting another 15 minutes I asked another person and they said they would check. Came back that the tech had done another car before me and that now mine would be high priority. Second time something similar has happened. Suggest you go elsewhere if possible.

Audi A6, took it in for oil change and came back with a car that made crazy noise. Now I have to take it in to see how this happened? Cant trust these guys. save yourself and go elsewhere.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service, or lack of service received. I have spent over a $1k over the past 6 weeks and have had to constantly call about parts that no one seem to know anything about. After charging to clean areas of my sliding glass it still rattles. Did anyone take it out to make sure it didn't rattle? I was told two parts would be in in 2 days and I'm still making calls to service and the Audi office to only get the run around. I went in today to find out they have never been order. I don't write negative reviews but this is the worst service I have ever received at Audi dealership. I moved here from another state. You don't get returned calls as asked, no follow up until I showed up in person and no one knows nothing. I am a very unhappy for the dollars I have spent. I receive better service at Mitsubishi where I purchased my daughters car. And it's far from a luxury car. And here again.... I wait.

I worked with Ramzey (with assistance from Brooke) on purchasing my Audi A6.
The car was clean and ready for our test drive when we arrived, something that doesn't always happen at other dealerships I have been to. Ramzey gave us a great test drive route to try some rough roads, high speed interstate driving and some stop and go traffic to give the Audi a good run through.
After the test drive, we decide it was the car for us. We left to get lunch and when we returned, we signed the papers and were on our way home with our new car.
The entire process was very friendly, efficient and went as smooth as I could have hoped. I would highly recommend calling Ramzey for your next car, I know I will. Thank you for the great experience!

I have started a few reviews of this dealership and then have deleted them as did not want to post a heated negative review. But I feel that is unfair to anyone considering this group. These are ONLY MY OPINIONS so take them for what that is worth. In my opinion their idea of customer service is horrendously BAD. They only care about themselves and NOT the customer. The customer is almost an inconvenience to them. I made an appointment for last Saturday for service. I live an hour away and drove over only to be told by the representative that the people to do the service were not there that day. She told me the earliest next appointment would be October and it would take 6 hours. When I left to drive back home neither she nor one of the male employees who walked in to talk to her offered ANY apology for inconvenience. Nothing. Then received a voicemail from someone named Chelsea who said she was the Service Business Manager a few days later. Apparently an appointment for this past Tuesday suddenly opened up. She offered a valet service to pick my car up so I did not have to drive back over. I returned her call and left four voicemails to try to confirm but she never had the common courtesy to return any. Then I heard from someone named Lisa who said she didn't know what Chelsea was talking about as they don't offer valet service from my area. I don't know who reports to whom but one of them was misleading me. Lisa basically accused me of not being honest in saying the valet service was offered. I have the voicemails saved. I would NEVER recommend this dealership for any service. When I got a rescheduled service reminder, it was the morning of the service Chelsea mentioned but never confirmed and was far too late for me to get there. They only play games. I contacted another dealership who told me this is a service that takes an estimated 110 minutes and could not understand why I had been told 6 hours by Bloomington. My personal recommendation is to avoid the Bloomington dealership for anything. I told Lisa I did not want to ever hear from them again.

My sales reps name was Doug, and I am absolutely elated with my purchase. The time and care he took in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and needed in my vehicle was extraordinary. Very knowledgeable, and honest dealer. They went absolutely above and beyond. They definitely have a costumer for life now because I can’t see myself purchasing from another dealer.....
