Had a large cashier check from their bank and they lost the records and money and thus the check cannot be cashed. Looks like FDIC has to be involved.

Awful! I had 7 bill pays go through twice and it took 5 phone calls, 3 different people who ultimately placed the blame on me (I mean, I am sure I hit submit and then went back, entered all 7 amounts again and submitted again all while day drinking at work and all under 1 minute ---yes that is sarcasm).

No in depth notification outside or online to state they are doing a "deep clean" for Covid 19. You have to walk inside just to realize they are closed.

Worst Heartland bank. I was at the window, had my ID taken, acct # etc by the customer service rep. Then she walked away and started helping instore customers for 15min. When I said something, I was made out to be wrong and given my ID back without them withdrawing my money.

I have found that Heartland Bank has a genuine concern for its customers and will do everything they can to meet their customers expectations. They have gone above and beyond to assist me multiple times when I had unique banking issues.
