The Home Depot in Normal is a pretty good store for home projects and shopping. The store is clean, well organized, and well stocked. The garden area is very nice. Staff are polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. They are amazingly friendly and well versed on where everything is located. Employees are excellent at answering questions, giving suggestions, and assisting from start to finish, often going above and beyond. Checkout lanes are quick and efficient. It provides a great shopping experience where customers can find everything they need. The business also offers Home Services for installation, replacement, and repair work through local contractors.
