I’ll be honest, I normally don’t get the best of help from some of the staff I see in the store, but today I met with a guy named Mike and he was absolutely excellent and talking through and answering questions that he knew the answer to, but then also giving His best judgment or suggestions on questions he wasn’t 100% on. Thank you Mike for your help today. I’ll be back again to see you soon.

Pretty good home Depot. The store was clean and well organized. All the shelves were well stocked and full. All the staff were amazingly friendly and were well versed on where everything in the was located. They were extremely helpful at finding the items I needed as well as making suggestions on things I had forgotten to take into consideration for my project. As well as alternate ways to go about doing my project. Over all it was a great shopping experience and I left knowing that I had everything I needed and wouldn't have stop in the middle of my flooring project to be coming back a half dozen times for things that I had forgotten to get.

Giving a GIANT shout out and immense THANK YOU to Ulices and Maleki at Normal Store. They completely went above and beyond assisting me with purchasing a new grill. They new it would fit in my car, so good at their jobs!
Cannot say enough about how much these men did for me from start to finish.

I just moved here and will be shopping at Home Depot because of you both.

Went here for mother's day to get the wife flowers and plants for the home and were able to get great quality plants and service - check out lanes were very quick and efficient!

Lady was wrong. They do not refill propane tanks. They only exchange them. Rigged stuff. They are bad at helping.
