Love the Osco on S Cottage Ave in Normal, because of its professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff, some of whom have been there for years and they know me by name. I get my annual vaccinations there too. This is a dependably well-run pharmacy.

I would've given five stars but the guy and the gal never even acknowledged that I was there. Ignored for several minutes being the only one in line. Once the guy did ask to help me, he was nice enough. Just took forever.

Thank you for decorating the delicious cake I purchased from your bakery on Tuesday. The cake decorator was extremely helpful & took her time picking out the right colors & decorations for the cake. My friend was extremely surprised with the cake & everyone said the chocolate cake was delicious. Thank you all!

Most of my complaint is about the deli. I have an hour lunch. I like the deli baked chicken breast. The problem is 90% of the time they don't have any. When I get off work at 5:00 I also find that they don't have what I want most of the time because they stop making the food so early. They especially rarely have potato wedges and if they do they are extremely old and dried out. Also, there is one staff member in particular (don't know the name) who acts extremely put out when I order. It's almost enough alone to make me not want to go there.

I left my wallet yesterday. I panicked and couldn’t remember where I left it. I left it in the cart . I called this morning and it was all safe and sound. I don’t know who returned it but the folks at Jewel-Osco kept it for me. Thank you

As a truck driver, I am use to circumstances limiting or blocking me from certain opportunities. It's not fair when something as serious as a vaccine is not possible for me to aquire from the large chains that don't care what the issue is. These folks put my health at the top of the list and found a way. I owe my life to these folks, and the Lord God used them to help me continue the ministry that He has for my life. Thanks. Can't express enough how important it is, to support hometown folks.
