For example, I just recently left a bracelet with them, a filigree and ivory heirloom from my grandmother that’s been passed down for at least 100 years. I expressed my concerns about trying to clean it myself, and I had very little information about what exactly it was made of, but they took it on with no hesitation. They did such a great job, the restoration looks wonderful. The sales associate that helped me when I picked it up was beyond helpful as well when I asked about storage boxes to keep it safe at home.
