So I've noticed everything I've went here to have my oil changed. My coolant was never topped off which should happen especially when the weather is cold. My engine light came on and now I'm experiencing no heat. Car acting weird all because there was no coolant added. My personal opinion is that when a person faithfully comes to your establishment and trust you with their vehicle it would be thoughtful to consider checking the coolant especially when telling the customer what they need for the vehicle to survive the cold months. I don't have a mechanic, husband died years ago, so now I'm just stuck, mechanic nowadays see a woman and charge the same as buying a car. What am I suppose to do Now.

The staff at Jiffy Lube on College Avenue were extremely helpful and friendly. Customer service is very important to me and these guys excelled. The lobby and bathroom were spotless. It was a welcoming environment. John S. knows his stuff and it was nice talking to someone who is passionate about working on cars. They are all around one of the best businesses in the Bloomington area.

Honestly, it's pretty decent for a quick lube joint. Service has been fast both times we used them and they present you with service items you might need or want but at the same time, aren't pushy about it. They show you what they find, offer you the services, and respect your answer. My only gripe is the last time they went, they did not fully reassemble the air box after showing me my engine air filter. Not that big of a deal, as it's was easy for me to put it back together but it may not be that way for someone else.
