Everybody loves a Love's gas station! They have some of the best stuff and lots of hot food options also! They also have an RV stop located near the gas station where RVs can go and take care of their specific needs, I thought that was a nice touch!
Even though I'm from the area they had a Chicago coffee cup that I absolutely loved so I had to buy it! Such a great gas station and the customer service was top-notch! Not to mention they have a Bojangles attached to the restaurant so if you'd like to have a nice sit-down meal that would be a great option!

Loves on Rt. 51. As a truck driver i decided to get fuel here at pump #24. As I exited my truck, there was a diesel fuel spill by the pump. My step turned into a butter slide. I informed the attendant emptying the garbage. This male attendant said he would take care of the problem. I came back to the truck and he poured about 1 cup of oil dry to soak the fuel. I said, my boots will be sliding on the pedals. He then said, that's all I had, I didn't want to open another bag of oil dry. Sloppy service. Quality employees are hard to come by. This place bombs out!

Stopped in to fill-up my 2006 Class A motorhome and saw stickers on all the gasoline fuel pump that the low and mid grade were (up to) 15% ethanol. High test 93 octane was 10% but was $.90 more per gallon. No thanks.
I gave 2 stars because the lanes were wide but useless for my Chevy motorhome since I'm not putting 15% ethanol in my tank, it's bad enough we have to use ethanol at all. Now I know why the pumps weren't busy.

Stopped by this Love's for a travel break and a fill up. It is a typical Love's and has the usual snacks and drinks you would expect to find. They have the hot foods, coffee, and fountain drinks too. There is a section for merchandise, auto, and truck devices as well. There is also a Bojangles chicken restaurant at this location, if you want something that a typical Love's does not offer.
I deducted a star because I did not see where this location offered some of the newer options for cars like flex fuels or electric charging stations. I also did not see any ethanol-free pumps but it is possible I missed them. Overall, still a good stop and store.

This down vote is totally upon the Bojangles. The rest of the truck stop was fine but it goes to show how just one unsatisfactory encounter skews everything against the location.
I have never been to a Bojangles before and I thought I would give it a try. All I wanted was three tenders and to get back to my truck so I can continue my run.
My order was ready in less than a minute and then I stood there for 10 minutes and stared at it until someone actually thought put it in the bag and pass it across the counter.
It was like some kind of sick twisted game of "We've got your money and we've got your food so what you going to do?"
Several times I almost asked him if they were okay and if I could just go back and grab my order which I could clearly see. By the time I got it to my truck it was lukewarm at best.
If I had tried something like this in my first fast food job that job would have been over on that day.
Is it safe to say this was my first and it's going to be my last visit to a Bojangles.
