Review written 09/20/2025. Lackluster customer service. Employee rushed through the transaction and skipped past the Mperks meijer rewards even though I wanted to use my 50 cents off per gallon reward so I had to request to backtrack to enter it. Also did not offer receipt. Also the cashier was super distracted during the transaction and was yelling across gas station at a customer.
Pump handle was very slow to work
Had to press regular gas button about 10 times for it to work
Price on the main big gas sign says “coffee” where it’s actually the price per gallon of premium gas
Also the pumps had no gloves in the plastic gloves dispensers.

I swear it’s the same 3 old lady’s doing everything except checking people out 🤣 stand at the counter 10 minutes and they’d still be off counting the pastry’s on the rack together.

I am a state employee and I literally seen a worker at the register. As I grabbed a bag of chips and proceeded to the counter she was no where to be found. Don’t shop here if you are black

I come there a lot of time to get gas every time I come Employees just being their phone you have to stand on the cash register to wait them to come and help you and they don't talk. No thanks no welcome or nothing.

Meijer gas stations are open 24/7 according to their own website. Even without employees pumps are on.
Iv shown up between 10-11 multiple times and haven't been able to get fuel and employees understand but can’t do anything about it. Which is understandable and unfortunate. A 3rd shift might be a benefit 🤷♂️ esp in the summer months I know I would use it constantly! I’d also suggest a manager go over dress code policy as well as customer relations since they have been aggressive to me while in the store and very angry while I take my time to check out. Management needs to get up for once.

So I guess this place doesn’t allow you to walk inside? You must stand in the entryway and give your order to the cashier? That’s bizarre. Super safe location, no reason to have this.

Never will visit this gas station again, can’t walk into the store at 7 pm on a Saturday night is ridiculous. This store use be clean and nice store to do business at, looks like it belongs in a ghetto more then the location it’s in.

Not advisable for out of towners or people needing emergency supplies as you can't actually go inside the store to shop. You have to ask through the window? and the answer is usually no. Wouldn't recommend and won't return. PS. Circle k is literally around the corner and they let you shop in store.

The cashier was not very friendly. I was still talking while she took the order of another customer. She talked to the customer and me in between as if my matter was not as important.

Seriously one of the nicest gas stops I’ve been to. Cashier was very sweet and personable. She didn’t have to, but she told me about a coupon deal for gum that ended up saving me a lot of money. Unfortunately the coffee was cold, but I was there very late at night.
