Had a front passenger side brake line that needed replaced because it was leaking brake fluid. Meineke called and said that the driver's side should be replaced also because it had some wear and tear. The total bill was $563.52. They charged me $110 for one hydraulic brake line and $115 for the other, just for the parts. I looked online and car part stores and Amazon were quoting the prices around $25 for a hydraulic line. They also charged me $25 for brake fluid. While the repair looks to be performed well and they got me in for the repair in a timely fashion, I feel there costs for the parts are completely absurd.

Got here at 5:30 to pick up my care and doors are locked but lights are on and people stuff inside. However, they close at 6 and I am here at 5:30 trying to get my car, very unprofessional to close early with no notice and leave us stranded with no car after being outside in the cold for 30 minutes, NEVER COME HERE. They keep ur car and charge you for keeping it, mind blowing how much money they make off of this

Took my car here to get some work done on my ABS system. They got me in relatively quick for the amount of other jobs they had to do that day, but it was pretty expensive and I did have to come back the following day to get my car fixed for the exact issue I brought it in for the first day. Thankfully they were able to quickly fix it the second day free of charge, but I did still have to take time out of my day to get that done when it should’ve been done the day prior when I was already there. I personally probably won’t take my car back here again just because of that, but the guys working are super nice and did explain to me what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand.

Want to charge me $300 for replacing one headlight, I said that’s a little to much then he said ok $285.00 . I said I’ll have my own headlight i’ll just pay for the service, the guys said he will charge me 5x of labor which 5 hours. Only took 1/2 an hour or less to put the headlight on. .. I didn’t have any choice because it was sunday my headlight went out day before ….

I still remember the guy wanted to charge me $500 for a mass air flow. went to the junkyard for $25. The manager treated me like dirt from the bottom of his shoe. I still remember.
It wasn't even the mass air flow sensor that was bad : I needed a new fuel pump. I've also gone in there before wanting a power steering pump,, come out with a new water pump

On Saturday visited Meineke for a Uber inspection. The man at the desk said that I failed, but he didn't want to give me my receipt/paperwork. He had a bad attitude with me.

We were charged $148 for a diagnostic. That means, in a nutshell, here is what is wrong with your car— $148!! Then the estimate was twice the amount we were quoted from another place. So, basically they will gouge you if you don’t accept their estimate. Buyer beware!!

2019 Ram 1500 started leaking out of nowhere. Called 10 shops and the time to even get a diagnosis was 2 days to a week. Happen to give Meineke a call. Had me bring the truck straighter over. Dropped it off they called 45 minutes later with a bad water pump. Said he’d get it done today. Called me back 3-4 hrs later and said she’s ready. Quick, easy and back on the road. Nothing bad to say except vehicles are expensive but wasn’t there fault.
